1.06.247 for 18th using a Frankenstein tune (most of @GT_Rajman suspension plus own gears and LSD).

Think I can get in to the 1'05's as my splits are all over the place

The tune:

Ride 120 70
Spring 6.30 8.60
Bound 5 6
Rebound 5 6
ARB 7 7
Camber 0 0
Toe 0 0.05
Brakes 5 2
LSD 10 10 10
Wing 20

All power parts except intake (there might be a better combination than this)
321bhp
Ballast 39kg @ pos 0
899kg

Gears were set with a different power level, so might not be repeatable...
Max speed min

1.461
Final 3.600

Ford Nascar on RH.
Bug or hack?

Bug.

On Saturday night, I did a few laps in my chromed out Elise and got a call from my friend. Exited the track and left it on the intro screen; left the system on overnight. Came back on Sunday, hit start, and it loaded with the Carl Edwards Nascar. Not sure how that came about as I am a Tony Stewart fan and don't even own the Carl Edwards Ford. Anyway, did some laps, quit, and then my system froze. Didn't even get credit for the gold on my system (later got it with the Miura). Chatted with support; not sure what they're going to do.

Added a shot of my screen to prove I am the true Bewildebeast; sorry for the potato quality.

What the hell, is there a god damn rubber band between my Miura and your Elise, everytime I think I managed to create a little gap you just bounce back to my tailgate like nothing :D hehehe, naah great job mate, took me a near perfect lap (for me) to make that 1.06.105 I set yesterday, if I want to shave off some time I have to absolutely nail every corner to find a tenth so we'll see how it goes, maybe if I can't see any improvement in next couple of days I might jump in to elise also... Really enjoying this Lambo though, bought it just for this event and I have made over 900 km in it already :D I have really nice setup for that Miura (based on praiano 550pp ss tune) and I'll be posting it later today as I get home!!!

Heh, just out of curiosity @Stotty why not Miura? Damn it's wonderful to drive :embarrassed:

Sadly, due to real life duties, I had little time to put on this great combo, yet.

But I enjoyed like a child the Miura-Eiger challenge, really nice car to drive around this track. Hope I get into low 1:06 by the end of this week.

Congrats to @ODB and @Stotty for such great laps in different cars. Great to see variety on the top of the leaderboard.

I only had a quick go at the weekend after running Bathurst, and the 111r is the 1st car that popped up when I 'changed car' at the event entry screen 👍

I haven't tried the Muira, but the 2 cars seem pretty well matched here :)

@Woodski_427 Great tune! I didn't change any settings. Got Gold on my second lap. Dropped another second a few laps later. Thanks again!

Thanks, glad you liked it 👍.

It wasn't designed for this track, so I hope you get some more use out of it too. Should be a decent all rounder and is OK up to 550pp, but gets a bit less competitive the higher PP you go.

https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/thre...bull-x2014-junior.291084/page-74#post-9577870 here's the original tune I used, much thanks to @praiano63 for setting it up, and if my modifications makes this tune feel too loose, just try those original LSD setting and maybe also toe angles and brake balance might help some for the stability...

And for those wondering if this car is worth 15mil. Cr. Yes, yes it is easily worth of all those credits

Yeah, it's really worthy! Wonderful car, amazing to drive it through Eiger's bends.

I'll give a try to your exact tune and see how it goes.

Thanks for sharing!

Yes, thank you! I thought I was stuck on my time but improved it immediately with your tune, and I haven't put the wing on yet.

Wow, that really is a tough tune. I got to 1:07.125 with r1roman's tune and I can see that this one is faster but I just don't possess the God-like skills required to complete a clean lap with it. I spent an hour or so trying and often didn't even make it to the start line :scared:

One thing I did notice is GT_Rajman tune shows 325bhp/900kg but I can only get 316bhp/900kg without going over 500pp. How does that happen?

Hi mate you may have done the oil change don't oil change your car on most street cars it makes your car slower.

Well for pp racing I mean.

Some cars however have an exception to the that rule but very few.

Active Steering oh wait you mean let the computer turn my car steering sorry misunderstood you ;)
👍 IMHO PD shoudl disable all aids except TC and ABS for TT events. I can't think of any ECA's that exists in racing that act like active steering and ASM. (i could be totally wrong and if I am I will graciously admit it), I know some racing classes have ABS and TC.
-OR-
if they allow them to be enabled it wont count on world rankings. so the average joe and casual player can still complete the TT's

There is a trick to the 111r and most don't know but I will say this the build of the car is more important then the tune.
This weekend I'll do some laps and get a top 50.
Just a tip guys on some cars the car build meaning what parts you put on or off the car can be more important then the tune just remember that.

Good luck to all on the tt.
