My best lap using Subaru S206 with @hall90 tune above is 1.01.3.. (G27)
I could do with some help as to where I can save some time.
If anyone wants to friend request me my psn is stanclewes (Long story).
I can at least get an idea off the ' lines of pasta ' where I am losing time.
Thanks in advance
I sent you a friend request.

Hey @RuddRacer I just change to a high rpm range turbo kit for the first time, and I got a better time of 0:58.659 with changes to my tune, and with the help of a couple of @Ed_Night setting as well and thanks mate, I think this tune that I got now can beat that time that I just got or maybe better with wheel uses.

I'm going to give this a try later on tonight, thanks for sharing your tune. The last version of your tune I was able to get under the minute mark.
P.s - if anyone wants to add me on psn please do, got nobody to compete against/share ideas! Thanks again everyone!
If you want to add me, my psn is SilverSE102.

Yeah but keep adding torque and subtracting horsepower is not making the car faster. All kinds of various shift points tried.
If you're flattening the torque band you're loosing torque at the end of the rpm range which kills the over all speed. Short shifting can start to hurt you as if you do the math RPM*Torque/5252 you may find the true best shift point. But we are lacking that info in game so using acceleration data speed gained over distance will find the real best shift. There are few guys on the site that can know how and have posted how to get the wheel diameter which can then give you torque at the wheels and the you can reverse math it to get torque for that rpm.

Have been using your latest tune Hall and am on 0:58.729. I notice you say you are using some of Ed_Nights tune even though he is using the IMPREZA WRX spec C '09 and is changing gears around 6,500 or less.

Supposed to reply to the above post (Halls) but it didn't workout as planned.

That tune here 500PP Lancer Evolution/Impreza Super Lap: Tsukuba Circuit I did a 0:58.659 with that and there is still room for improvement out on the track. The Ed_Nights settings I got are here 500PP Lancer Evolution/Impreza Super Lap: Tsukuba Circuit

I tested different cars after posting my tune for the S206 NBR and the WRX STI spec C '09 is
defentely faster.
The tune is pretty much the same.

Hey @Ed_Night I am only 0:00.933 behind you in the world ranking with the Subaru S206 NBR CHALLENGE PAKAGE '12, and you think the WRX STI spec C '09 is a better car to use.

Edit: now 0:58.574 Rank 152 and there is still more room out on the track :).
I expect being able to set the gears yourself may be the key if everything else is pretty much equal.
I'll try that tomorrow.

Anything the NBR can do the Soec C can do faster because of the transmission. The cars are nearly identical you can use the same tune and get very similar results.
I remember this discussion from the last STI seasonal was the same thing going on.

Hi guys!

Can someone tell me why I can´t get the final power statement just like in Ed_night and Hall90´s tune, when I fit in the high rpm turbo? I got limiter on 90% now, without any reasonable power parts...so my car got a weak acceleration now.

Thanks for any help.

Cycle the tab to reset your transmission it may off due to power parts.
You also must short shift the Subi's 6500 RPM at the latest

The track is short and the car is easy to handle so times are closer than normal.
I'm min. 2/10s faster with the spec C '09.

You probably did an Oilchange. That means 7pp more you have to get down with the limiter.

Just used a slightly tweaked version of the ed night 206 tune and ran a 59.716. Going to apply the same type of suspension settings to my '99 and see if I can go faster.

Check under 59. 58.853 position 306th. still lagging behind @hall90 and @Soren Jacquet but thats skill not the car.
Gonna post a new Spec C '09 this thing is a whole new animal. takes a very different style to drive it right.
you are right about skill level, I tried your Spec C '09 tune and with a few changes, I could not get it to handle right no matter what I did, so I went back to the other car and it handles the way I want it to, so the Subaru S206 NBR CHALLENGE PAKAGE '12 is the car I can handle.

try the new one maybe it will run a bit better for you. this one is a lift off floor it car. Brake it late, lift off and floor then when you're almost pointed the way you want.

Download one of the top 4 ghost replays and look at how they drive, also turn off active steering if you haven't already. If it's driven correctly it's a lot faster.

I will try it tomorrow, and I will let you know how it feels đź‘Ť.

I did 3 changes to hall90 setup and i did 58.696 for 226 place,ds3,buttons
I changed Spring Rate (F/R):339/520 to 339/460 and Anti-Roll Bars (F/R):7/7 to 2/3.....i dont know if these changes helped me or its my idea but after this i did over 10 laps ahead my ghost over 0.200-0.300 but i didnt better time cose i was nervous and my fingers very hurt....anyway that happens....maybe i ll try again tomorrow with a new subaru with oil and rigidity and i ll try to follow the advise Vitessekid to turn off active steering
many thanks to Otaliema for his post about impreza spec c 09

edit changed F/R Torque Distribution:from 50/50 to 48/52
