Chris @Stotty you came out of your winter sleep  So did i. After a little over a year of absence i recently joint a few WRS. And this one looks like a great seasonal. Love the track. Brings back some good memories. Miss the good old times sometimes with the others, you know ;)
Hey a other Hollander :P

What's youre time?

Hey Dennis đź‘Ť

Doubt this will be coming back in a serious way - Spring is here and as the weather improves I'll be out playing golf and fishing as much as possible :)

Of course you are can't blame you. Spring should be around the corner but it's been raining here for days now :yuck:

Nothing worth mention yet. Only did a few laps last night offline.

hope it helps a few , just wish i had both hands! ;)

aug , but you do have both hands , I really do hope so hehe Somehow I could wish for you too only have 1/2 a hand , but then again , you probaly still would be faster than allowed hehe

Yes my right hand is still at the end of my arm but i can't use it! Until end may at least.. I'm seeing a doctor everyday so it should be fine when date reached!;)
Having reached my limit with the tune I was using (courtesy of Mr Praiano), I then tried your (1 handed) tune, with Perroloco mods, and immediately found another 0.75 seconds - many thanks for sharing. The only problem I found with it was that the back end tended to come round very easily, both when lifting off and when applying throttle.

So, I tried switching back to my old tune, and went 1.2 seconds faster again - how does that happen?

Hi, first post heh XD
Anyway I posted here because I can't do this :(
I tried two cars so far and none seem to work even after I spent 5 hours trying to complete this, I am using normal controller + all cars have upgrades like engine and turbo but I reduced power to match pp. So far my best times are

1:35:512 with Rocket 07
1:36:176 with XJ220

Buy the MP4(mclaren) And take the tune from here above. You gonna make a easy 1.30 lap.

Succes!

Thanks to dokter aug:P

might come from trying a harder to drive setup, as you went back to your old tune you were then able to put the car where you wanted as it was easier to control :)
keep doing laps with the setup you feel comfortable , once you feel you reached your limits you switch setup again and i guess you should be able to bridge a gap again :)

That was my thinking too

Using a combination of DrAug and Perolocomcquee's tunes with some adjustments for my driving style/skills got me an almost .300 improvement from a 1:26.804 to a 1:26.554.

Ride height 100/77
Diff 5/22/5
Final gear to 2.385

Ride height and diff settings seemed to really help me improve. Still not running any rear wing other than the stock excellent aero. May try running a rear wing at 100 and see if that has a positive affect.

I tried a different rear wing, and found it messed up the handling for me, so I reverted to the stock one.

I decided to buy the McClaren mp4 and give this an honest go. Couple hours later I dropped about 5 seconds from my not quite gold run in the elise 111r. Final time 1:31.110 which is fine with me.

2 Dutch regulars back in action. @DTM and @Rikson. đź‘Ť

Amazed myself with a 1:26,294 (with the old trusted DS3 and ABS1) using the excellent tune of DrAug while enjoying a nice Grolsch Kanon.

Only changes I made are a fixed spoiler at minimum (85).

Will keep trying to get a 25 lap :boggled:, I hope....

Anyone try an Aston Martin One-77 to gold this? Would just like to see if this is plausible before spending time on it. Thank you.
I saw your post and I got this car out of my garage and I tried it, its a touch heavy but if I made it lighter it will go faster I think.
