Is there an onboard with Gauges and no silly music?

That's a great time, but there's still more in it,
without seeing the feedback from the tyres here's 3 spots I found more time in the lap
-Tight exit at Griffins Bend (Turn 2)
-Sideways entry onto Skyline through McPhillamy Park (Turn 10)
-Maybe could have been earlier on the throttle through Forests Elbow (Turn 18) for a higher terminal speed on the straight

Would love to see Immortal post a time in the Subaru S206 NBR '12
I'd think under 2:00 should be possible for the car in the hands of an alien

You can always download the replay and look at it in the game.

Not sure what your point is, there's always room for improvement, and I'm sure IP knows exactly where there's time to gain. For example, I could consistently be ahead out of turn 1, so there is time to gain there too.
