Good Luck tonight guys, looks like GT5 got smart and adjusted the tire wear. Makes me wish i still had the PS3 so i could see it for myself lol.

For what I was there for, it was great. Did 15 laps and still had 75% of my tires left.
That was when I was DC'd. :grumpy:
I didn't think I was asking much of my family members stay off Facebook, YouTube, and Imgur. Facebook is what did it. :rolleyes:
Dad tried to call AT&T earlier but they were closed. Double :rolleyes:.
 
I got DC'd and I'm the host. I got to figure out what's wrong with my wireless router.

So I will not be able to review any incidents or post relevant information unless someone sends me the replay. Thanks.
 
I take blaim for hitting TG2 on lap 42. I accept any punishment you feel good to give me for this. I did not see him I thought I was clear. I am sorry he was in my blind spot and again I accept 100% blaim for the wreck.

I hope people understand. But, for advice, check behind on every straightaway, and in every braking zone. I learned in karting, that drafting creates divebombing... in karting, at least. I'm not implying anything about the pass, but, giving you advice to check your mirrors before braking.
 
Not mad but every time I seen you, you were in the dirt. Not paying attention. Its called a map use it.. Really need to start working on your braking points. Think that's what Seth was talking about
 
I'm not feeling things are fair right now in LMP. The same guy keeps winning, but he has no power or weight penalties. Now with this new tire wear he can afford to go with the extra power because it does nothing to the tires. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining. But it's getting old quick. The chance I get to win and some James character spins on the straight and drives in the dirt half the race. You cost me a good amount of time there, James. You may have some speed, but you have no consistency. If you can't keep your car on the track, try the lower powered series'.

Yeah with the new tire wear you should be running the same lap times every lap.

Well you have to look at it this way tire wear dosent mean squat when the bently weighs 950kg and 500 hp and the pescarolo weighs 900kg and has 520hp. The pescarolo may not have the best top speed but it is more than obvious it can out accelerate the other lmps. Imo bently is too heavy I dont know why it was added extra weight, when it was already heavy from the start. There are other lmps on the list that are faster yet the bently got added weight. I really dont know about the decision making of this league at times, but I guess I really shouldnt be suprized. I mean If the decision makers thougt the bmw need 110 extra hp than the the average gt car to be competitive lmao what a croc of crap.
 
Looking to join an ALMS group. I have a ZR1 'Vette RM, and it is regulated to GT2 spec (it has 550 HP). Any room to join? I am east coast for time zone.
 
Good to know. I'll need to build up a ZR1 non RM and Ill be looking to join. Add me, and I will join in when possible and if you have test days as well. I have raced with a few guys here in the Miata Series, so I expect good racing.

I'll most likely make a lightly mod car. Ill look over the regs and see what I can do.

I need the results. I got DC'd and couldn't rejoin after that. I only have the information before that. If you can upload the replay for me, it'll help immensely. From what I've read, I believe I got LMP results (Ant, Seth, Sin), but I am not sure.

I know, this season is almost over already.

I also apologize for not being able to do a post race inspection for the network error I encountered. I was really having trouble joining lobbies after I DC'd.

IMO James should be excluded from the race. Did he actually 'race' anyone? Or did he just drive around, spin on and off track making people brake and swerve to miss him? Am I alone in saying 'he ruined the race'? I got nothing against you personally James. But if you're going to partake in an event and you aren't on pace, at least just park it and say you tried.
 
Sort of like me in Conti. I spun out too much and my tune was off, so I'd rather retire than be a nuisance.
 
New rule proposal:
"Beginning at Nurburgring GP/F this week, we will be implementing a 110% rule during qualifying. Meaning, that your qualifying time must be faster than or equal to 110% of the pole time in your class. This rule will only be applied to those that were involved in an incident of any form in the previous race, even if it had been deemed to not be their fault i.e. if someone hits you, you must still meet 110% of the pole time. Even if no action was taken, the rule will still apply. If you report an incident or discuss it in the thread, you may be forced to comply with the rule at the discretion of the stewards. A list of those who will be required to meet 110% will be compiled and announced publicly prior to each race. If you do not meet 110% of the pole time you may not race. The next race you will start with a clean slate and will not have to comply with this rule."
