Hey Cy I've got a couple cars for you to try out. The green one is one I might go with, the yellow one is just a sweet drive that gets killed by the PP system.

I'll have a quick go in them tomorrow afternoon, Sir. My wife is working a late and I finish at lunchtime, so I get my PS3 all to myself ;)

Sounds good.👍👍

Really disappointed by the yellow one which gets overly penalized by the PP system, great handling car though.:D

I took your car for a quick ride yesterday VTiRoj. The car feels alot lighter than what it actually is. The braking is good and the turn-in is brilliant, but I found it to be a little tail-happy at times.

Edit: No I didnt, that was RJ's car I took, you need to make some space for me on your friends list.

Heh.

2 ton behemoth doing its best impression of handling FTW.

I am sorry Boss ( Krenkme ) i have to withdraw my car , no tuning for me only testdriving ...
Hope it isn't to much of a incovenience :D

but i'm gonna stick to what i know , alltho the tuning idea did help me with my driving :D

anyways put you're car on share i wanna wreck test it :P

I should be home in a few hours and will take your name off the Tuna post :( :(

And I'll have my car on share then as well. 👍

I have an Orange German on share, that I can't bring myself to enter. But it's good for a laugh :dopey:

Lol, I'll have to try yours... just put my fun Orange German complete with green wheels on share yesterday 👍
For my tune I am going to stick with a Nissan(not finished deciding which one) even though I'll only likely be competing for the Clueless Beat.
Lets see how stable I can get that chassis/tire combo. :nervous::)

I now have 3 English classics on share if anyone cares to check them out.:D

Two of them are slow but fun, the third is a wee bit tail happy.

I chose the Camaro thinking it would be one of the slower cars in the contest, but it seems I was wrong. Apparently it's quite competitive and may give these Stratos' some hell. :D But I do really want that Beat... So yeah, I'm not sure if I should enter the Camaro and hope it gets a top 5 finish, or just build something super slow so I'm guaranteed that Honda Beat like I originally wanted.

Try my Mini Marcos if you want slow.

It's still 500PP though. :P I was thinking of the Fiat 500 again.
Only reason it's 500PP is because it doesn't weigh anything.:D

It's still a slow underpowered and understeering FF!

I managed 1:52.6 in your car. The unicycle tyres don't help, yes.

I tried your car Roj (The Camaro), I got 1.46.186 (I hate Cote d'Azur though) which was pretty fast for me well its faster than mine anyway.... I think I know what car i'll use though!

Even with the nearly infallible low grade tyre trick :( I've managed a 1:55 on SH tyres, but by God, was it a struggle.

You'd think I'd just move on to a more sensible car and yet I find myself sat in front of my console trying to tame 381 blaring horses...

 My Cougar has 400hp! But it's not a Mustang, so of course it can handle its grunt. :P

  that was fun!!!
I assume you're talking about the green one :dopey:

My two choices are now on share if anyone would like to have a go. The Black one and the Blue one (feel free to try the Orange one as well :dopey: )

If I have more time I'll be trying everyones cars that are on share. Thanks,

I should have some time tonight to try out the Camaro in Roj's driveway. Hopefully that will give me some idea if my times are in the ballpark. I've narrowed my choices to two, which so far haven't shown up in discussion. If I can be middle of the pack again I'll be satisfied against this field. :)

Think I found my secret weapon earlier...now I just have to figure out if I leave it full weight to pack in as much power as possible or if I shave some weight off so it's not looking like a contender in ToF that got lost along the way and wound up in Monaco.

 Is it a Dodge Charger?

Pontiac Tempest GTO 💡 :)

No and nope!

It is surprisingly well balanced and nimble though considering it weighs over 1850kg with no weight reduction. (that's without any added ballast:crazy:) Plus it has a very interesting sound to it that completely drowns out any possible transmission whine.:D

Hmmm?? Bar the Super Bee, there's no pre 1975 car that weighs even remotely as much as you make out.

Actually there are quite a few pre '75 cars that are in the 1700 - 1900kg range before you start stripping out weight.:yuck:
