Same bar some internet testing to see if I could realistically turn up to the Concours, the main reason to get on GT5 for me really. Still going through internet problems and I may have lost alot of data if my girlfriend doesn't find my memory stick she borrowed when she goes home. I have a save from my other PSN with a few mil thanks to Vettel so I have a small crutch to get myself back up to speed if that fails.
How many Concours members have BF3 then? I'm up for a Concours BF3 Squad when I get my PS3 (and a couple of weeks later my disc back but I could borrow my housemates).

I know mate its tragic. I'm missing the racing so much, first time I played GT for a while tonight and I know now why Concours has remained a big part of my life. You guys are great and the resulting on grid action is brilliant. Looking forward to coming back, and I guess you guys will be too. When we all get on track again it'll be great!
Haha! Thats an awesome idea. Does anyone have any particular skill sets to offer a squad? I like FPS and I'm fairly decent in a fire fight, but my strengths are sniping and flying. Actually if all I did was support by flying the choppa' I'd be a happy man. 👍

Assault specialist here, but I've got good credentials in most vehicles as well (including the jets which I will have rockets for soon for ground support, would already if my PS3 didn't brick). I tend to shine most though when I have 2 feet on the ground getting the job done, transitioning from mid range fire support to sneaking around behind the enemy.
If I get my PS3 back in time, and my save fingers crossed I have a recent back-up on that memory stick my girlfriend left at her home, I am definately up for that 👍.

I have not been on GT5 since Concours Club last race; the Club keeps my interest in GT5, so with the pause I have just been racing F1 2011 trying to reach online rank of 50.
Also with the shooter games being released they occupy potential GT5 time too.

I'm normally on till the early hours if I'm playing battlefield wee. If you're online and you see me playing just try to join my lobby mate. I'm reluctant to specify a battlefield meet though, I'm quite enjoying not being tied down at the moment. Even if it was just a sunday evening.
As for you darren, I bet you cant wait for christmas! lol. Bit far off yet but it'll be well worth the wait. By the way the assualt class primarily revolves around the light machine guns. Sub machine guns are the engineers speciality.

In the mean time keep on at that level 50! It may come as quite a shock when you come back from an F1 car to a street car though.

I still don't have my data back, so I hope the rest of you Concours fellas who attend Dhandes meet enjoy it 👍. Also still waiting for my Bf3 disc, but as regard some sort of meet I don't think we necessarily need to specify a time, just so long as we choose an evening so people will log in to BF instead of another game if they wish.

Dark Souls indeed Roh, and loving it (thank god!) I have my memory stick back now so I just need to download all the updates for GT -.-". Back in action soon though, I have access to a copy of BF3 in the house also so I do get my fix every now and then for that to, last time I played I got hate mail from a random player I was doing so well 👍.

I occasionally drive in GT5 because it's my favorite game (anyone remembered GT2 soundtrack?). I wait for Concours as well. I hope we have a new DLC with cars and track till then to give us more selection abilities. New tracks (or old GT ones) are needed more by the way...

i'm a cod man don't play bf3. i'll be popping on gt sometime this week, and after xmas i'll have my racing seat and get shot of this high back chair! it's murder on the ole back i tell ye lol

I'll be upgrading my home set up to as soon as the extension on our house is finished at home, my Uni set up is just fine despite no official gizmos the desk and chair sit together nicely and the pedals are just the right distance away but at home I felt like I was in an original Mini with the space I had .
Back... off topic I remember playing some COD with you Wee back in the day, I must admit to only really playing COD as I had no regular BC2 buddies so I may only get MW3 at Xmas if at all thanks to BF3.

Had a handful of absolutely brilliant races with some regular Concours members last night 👍
Recently I've been trawling the open lobbies in search of good shuffle parties and PRO rooms on comfort tyres etc. Had some good fun, but nothing like last night. Totally clean and courtious, as we've come to expect from Concours participants. Thrilled with that.
Anyway its opened my eyes to what we've all been missing. And this sunday, participation willing, I'd like to have a little gathering. A reunion if you will. No set criteria, just show up and race. I will be restricting the lobby in some way or another, but that will evolve as the evening go's on.
If you want to join in, just give me a quick post here or a PM on PSN and we'll see what numbers are like. The amount of people interested will probably determine what time we start. At present I was thinking early evening. Perhaps 6.30/7. If people are really up for it though then I may just say pile in my lounge at any time during Sunday. See whos online

It sounds like a jovial gathering, and time permitting I will be there. Concerning the user created track I have one, though not outstanding. When I started creating it, I had in mind Nurburgring. It still needs some final touches.

The tracks I've enjoyed most so far have been 2-3mile circuits with not a lot of elevation changes or particularly technical sections. Sounds boring, but when you get a good one flowing around the track is just amazing. Set it to share by all means though sparky, I'd love to give it a try regardless 👍
