Is it me or is GT very unstable since the spec 2 update?

For example, the friends list inside GT got updated very slowly. Sometimes I'll have to wait very long just to enter GT mode from the main menu. And online it happens very often that I got the black screen and no start of the race. Much more often then it used to be.

Anyone else got the same sort of issues?

Yes, it's happen to me.
 
Hey guy's is anyone going to around for some practice tonight, I can't practice monza with random people they just cut corners. Then you have to put pen's on then some guy spins out in front of you and you get a 20sec collision penalty LOL.
Anyway would be good to get a few of us in a room tonight for some practice, spent ages re-tuning my car last night had major problems with all the weight but I moved the weight re-tuned the suspension and It's running alot better now in the 145's anyway :)

Yep, it happened to me a couple of times....

Today, I was trying to change track on a lobby and the all thing just freezes, had to leave the game and restart all over again.
 
Well let's hope for a stable lobby for tonight's race then!

I want to remind everybody of the new rule (8.9) this season for the championship points. Only your best 4 race results (and the SS) will count. So some of us will have to do better tonight than their worst performance to add any points to the total.

The next two races will be interesting!
 
Yeah might have to do some maths after tonights race to see if the championship will go down to the last race. still dont know if i'll be there tonight. dont wait for me.

Looking at the table me,pipi,symp and djdavey are the only ones that can stop teeds doing the double. So if teeds finishes above us 4 or wins it, I think it will be pretty much over. Then again anything can happen in the DTM......:dopey:

So means I can pit any time between 7 laps and on lap 12 if I wanted too and the same for 19 to 24 laps?
 
you can pit at the end of lap 7,8,9,10,11,12 for the 1st window then at the end of lap 19,20,21,22,23,24 for the 2nd window. Formation lap is lap 1

you can pit at anytime to fix damage but the laps above are the only time you can change tire compound and you have to pit once in each pit window.So you'll be on each compound for at least 7 laps
 
lol...funny you're asking this now with only 2 races left :dopey:

Tonight for Monza it means that you can change your compound at the end of lap 7 till the end of lap 12 and at the end of lap 19 till the end of lap 24. You can enter the pits at any time during the race for damage repair but you can only change the compounds during these pit windows

And one more thing. You must use each compound for more than 6 laps. So normally you would use a pit window once to change compound and drive to the next pit window to change it again.

Sorry to let you guys know this so late but I'm not going to make todays race. Not only have I got some dodgey cold but my internet is naffed. Speaking to my ISP support currently, hopefully they will fix it soon.
 
Can't believe I had a 48sec lead and all of it gone things went bad when I changed to hard tires werent too bad on the medium tire. Good win Davey you deserved it and fastest lap too for you.

And that's not the end of your bad luck, cus I just watch the replay and you've change tires outside pit window, you've entered pits on lap 18 when you should have done it on lap 19, so you should expect some kind of penalty.
 
Glad i made it and didnt cause too much trouble. now for some maths but ithink its wide open for the season finale. cant wait. well done dj.

Toyota sorry about the touch, "Shame" lol.

Toyota you can not do the math this way, when you have the 48 seconds ahead Davey goruk and green had already stopped once, so only when you stop in the pits is that you can know your real advantage.

I think had a 20sec lead or something which is still quite a lot when I changed to hard tires.

What can I say about that my mistake I'm sorry.
 
Think I may be top of the table with teeds not racing :) only by 1 or 2 points but and I think going to the last race it a 3 horse race with me teeds and djdavey and who ever beats the other 2 will win the championship. No maths done but just guess work, should be good whatever happens.
