Welcome ipswich1992 you drive in team F1 Magic then.
I put you on the OP.
You drive this sunday our pre season race??

Why are you 10 seconds ahead of everyone??
Also, why no Nurburgring 24Hrs in season 2?

I was after the Q 2 second 0,003 behind the first.
I was the whole time 1 in the last lap he got the pole.
But i have won the Race.
We dont drive N24Hr because is not good for f10 cars only good for f2007 cars.

Sign me up please.

Was up guys hopfully ill do some practice today or tomorrow i havnt played GT5 since monday or F1 since last sunday.

Well i roughly put the setup i had b4 our Madrid race on and lap 3 overall set a 22.0 and then lap 6 went +.25 in the 1st sector and was - .089 in the next but messed up the bus stop that was with 1:20.9 being the posted lap record .
Doing a 1:21.5 shouldnt be a problem for me. pretty god for not driving F1 in about 5 days. time away always seems to help me.
First sector times in the :21's

Ended with a 1:21.69 all with Tom not even knowing i was there since he was afk :D

LOL I had to run out for soccer and left the room up.
I'm back on again. Just did 50 laps to test my pit strategy. Still on...

Got in there just.. this car likes to oversteer! if i remember the F10 is a lot more setup dependant than the F07.

Edit: I'm not good with team names, so maybe just ForzaItalia

I'd like to have my own team, but it seems we have plenty already. We seem to have a nice grid lineup, so hope to see you all at Sunday.

And I'm running 1:21s now, tune still needs a little work, but it's pretty stable right now.

Yes killa start grid looks very good.
We have 8 teams now thats good.
I practise later in the night.
1,20,7 is very good.
Very difficult is the last chicane you can spin very fast there.

Should be all signed up, Immortal suggested making a post here to confirm with everyone.

Majik Immortal said you have a practice room going, I'll setup the wheel here in a moment and try to find you gentlemen.

I noticed from last race you all spend a great deal of time tuning, I have the LSD dialed in but the transmission and downforce need work.

Was thinking the best way to do downforce is drop everything to its lowest, put in a time, then add a bit of downforce put in another time. Times should decrease up to a point and then begin to increase once it becomes a hindrance. Is that the most effective method?

For the transmission, I have no idea... any tips on how to tune transmission from the ground up would be greatly appreciated!

See you gentlemen soon!

Well.

1st your gonna wanna take into consideration is your acceleration in the tight corners (the faster you can leave a corner the better) while also having enoff gear for long corners. 2nd thing is to leave room for drafting , so a longer 7th gear just enoff so your not gonna top it out while not in a draft around 16,000rpm no less which gives you about 2,000 rpm for a draft. One thing with the F1's is they have a short 6th gear so always extend that sleightly aswell but not as much as 7th. During a lap at daytona i dont usually use 2nd even.

Im only gonna do this once but this a good start point , infact these settings in the lowers gears may be to long.
