So you can go most of the race distance on a tyre that's called Ultra Soft.

Mercedes were very good with the strategy for Lewis, he just about deserved that but they got lucky no doubt, Red Bull gave them the race today.
Honestly even with the move that Hamilton did, Red Bull actively gave him the race

 after all the crying that Rosberg had already won the championship, Hamiton is almost within one win of the championship lead with what, 15 rounds to go? People are hilarious.

What an incredible anti climax, typical Monaco. I'm going back to bed.

How is fewer teams on the grid a good thing??

How are grid fillers a better thing?

We need new teams like HAAS. Teams with character, decent drivers, decent funds, and decent preparation.
Teams like Sauber add absolutely nothing to F1. At least Manor have character.

@ the RB failed pit stop:

It was at this moment that Lewis Hamilton realized: He won the race

But Alonso in 5th!!!!!!!!!!!!! Equal best finishing position.

And I think double points too. A good way to cap of their 50th anniversary in F1.

God I feel so bad for Ricciardo. He's the best driver on the grid and he keeps getting screwed over... Should have won today. Should have won in Spain. Let's hope he can win in Canada...

Hamilton FINALLY claims win forty-four! Rather fortunate with Red Bull's pit stop error, but he did well to make the ultra-softs last as long as he did.

Red Bull totally threw that race.

But all credit to Lewis... that was an amazing first stint on Wets, and an amazing second stint on Ultra Softs. He won most of that race on merit, questions of chops (which will be discussed ad nauseum after this) aside.

Chuffed for Perez in third, and Alonso in fifth is the most perfect ending to this race.

Oh... and Nico takes Nico for sixth on the very last lap. What a race.

I wonder if there is a Super Hard will they be softer than Hard?
A classic bridgestone hard would be nice.
Run the whole race on them.

Right because no team is allowed to fluctuate up and down the grid. Haas will never ever be in Sauber's position
