I think thats with limit people in settings should work.
I will try n make it for the race tonight in exactly an hour (8pm BST now) might be a few mins late, but if I am not online by race start please go ahead and start race, currently driving back home from leicester , 100 miles from home so hopefully no traffic.
I noticed that G27 guys had nice advantage over dfgt in terms of tire wear . Is it really worth buying ?
p.s. in this race particularly , not sure about any other track
I've never owned a DFGT, but I realized driving style has a huge influence on tyre wear.
How many degrees is DFGT?
I don't know much about the DFGT all I can say is I like my G27.900 .
So your idea is that g27 is not worth its 500 bucks
G27 is not 500 bucks! I got mine for $218, and logitech no longer sells them I believe. As far as a difference in GT5, I had my best ever races with DFGT, although I've had some good drives with the G27 too. On playstation you want to have a controller plugged in while you play online with the G27 so you can do basic tasks.900 .
So your idea is that g27 is not worth its 500 bucks
Immortal are you going to update the points/tables?
I think (and this is of course my idea, not immortal's) that allocating tire compounds for certain tracks a week or two or 4 weeks even in advance like they do in real racing would help reduce pit stops on some tracks.
EDIT: Immortal you will miss out if you dont play this game and only GT6/ i racing (Michael reminds me of Leyba ):
900 .
So your idea is that g27 is not worth its 500 bucks
I don't think it is. It's not 500 though, it's only about 250 euros I think. 270 USD. At that price though, it has to compete with Fanatec wheels. I do own just a DFGT, but I've spent many hours on G27, and Fanatec wheels, and I really prefer Fanatec. They have a better force feedback delivery in my opininon, some of them work with xbox 360 and ps3 instead of just PS3, their pedals are better (especially the clubsport), and they just feel more realistic to me. The G27 has 2 FFB motors that transfer force to the wheel with gears, the fanatecs I tried (911 GT2, and the CSR) have 3 motors and transfer force to the wheel with a belt instead. I think the belt drive makes it feel better because it's much smoother force feedback, and the FFB is also much stronger too. If I upgrade, I'm getting a CSR bundle because it's only 250 USD.
Some people like thrustmaster T500 a lot, those supposedly have even stronger FFB than fanatec but those are 600. If you had the money you could also get an ECCI or Frex but those are super expensive.
GTA is overated, always has been. I'll keep an open mind on the new one but Rockstar turns their games into a grind. Repetitive missions all focused around cliche, uninteresting stories.
I might experiment with a couple runs, soft versus medium. If I remember there was a substantial gap between HARDS and soft when I accidentally used them that first day at Suzuka. I will drive both to 50% black on the tire wear indicator and see what lap I'm on.
IV didn't have near enough indoor space and overall world size which was about the same size as San Andreas (you couldn't go inside all the hospitals or the police stations either... That's the best part along with strip malls, houses, etc.) It looks like atleast houses are going to return which is positive. The graphics and bike selection looks sublime. I even saw a road bike with carbon aero wheels.
