I miss that game, along with Powerstone and Tech Romancer, to name a few. Which reminds me....I need new Dreamcast controllers.

LOl actually I am finding these days videogames shouldnt be taken that serious at all.I just dont take it serious as a fighting game.

I take something like fightings games more seriously because it's a test of how well you can understand your opponent's train of thought, reading their mind through their actions, and anticipating any of their anticipations.

Thats cool but in retrospect there all ''games'' we should enjoy them and not get too caught up in them its entertainment first.I do understand competiative play and all but I just think that there are so many things going on in our world sometimes we get so caught up in the games in general not just fighting games. Its good entertainment but we all have lives bills mortgages. Heck I would like to have the time to get back into real fighting like I used to vs just playing on a game.

Its how you spend your time playing. If UltraDavid can have a degree from Harvard, then you could do the same. Not all FGC players play Fighting games, Clockwork went to the Army before UMVC3 came out. Eg Fl0e plays Indie games like I wanna be the guy or Dansgame .

Had no idea you were serious about that, seems rather extreme but that is your decision. Guess that basically rules out MK as well.

To be fair though, all I did was copy the audio, shift the pitch on it and thats the end result.

The Last Blade From SNK Cuts To Wii Virtual Console

The Last Blade, an SNK fighting game for the Neo Geo. Similar to Samurai Shodown, you fight using weapons, but The Last Blade lets you select “Power” or “Speed” styles for every fighter. The game costs 900 Wii Points ($9)

Isn't it to be expected seeing as Gouken is a higher tier than Ryu?

There is no official tier list but Ryu (IMO) is around A+

Just because Gouken is his master doesn't necessarily mean his moveset is better than Ryu's. Ryu has a much more versatile moveset than Gouken does. There is I think about 2 effective ways to use Gouken (rushdown & zoning), whereas there are probably 4 different ways to use Ryu; zoning, footsies, rushdown (not the best kind, but it's still something), and some other way I can't think of at the moment.
