Hi, I assume you mean November 2009 yes?

Again, I'm not sure I trust the reliability of this source, but it sounds a lot more likely than the Lonely Twitter Guy...
 
We all suspected it but hoped otherwise, another reason I don't bother with magazines anymore. They might be official playstation magazine but they don't have any exclusive info.

Yes of course :)

Again this is a projected internal release date,Kaz has and will always decide when it's done.
But at THIS time, this is THE date.
 
Its nice to see so many people so passionate about GT... but seriously... some people take it way too far... :) Drive themselves mad in a sea of speculation... CCCCHHHHHhHHIiIIIIIiLlLLLL WinStOn ""Rastafari accent"".... When the game is ready it will be released... Afterall patience is a virtue isnt it?

It will be released at the launch of the PS4
 
U know what, I wouldn't mind waiting out; even till late 2010... they just need to release, in GT5:P, a few more tracks and most importantly, private rooms for online races, then i have my fix till 2010.

I would love Silverstone as a start :)
 
Good thing for me is that the later GT5 is released, the bigger my chances of getting a PS3 at the time of its launch are.

Same with me, currently I need to focus on getting a real car first before I can even think about a PS3.
 
Honestly I worked 2 jobs for a whole summer for my PS3 putting a little bit of money away each paycheck. I earned $600 bucks in no time. You can find them for real cheap on ebay or get one second hand. There are also all sorts of deal like if you trade in your PS2 and 3 games at gamestop you get $100 towards a purchase of a PS3. Amazon gold box deals are also a good thing to keep an eye on.
 
I bought my 80 gig online last year for $300 with COD4 n Orange box :)
U just gotta keep a good eye for those gems :D
 
I don't think that it will take PD/Sony more than 6-9 months to release GT5. Didn't they promise a major update in the fall of last year? Weren't they going to update GT5p? As there are no updates, new cars, new tracks, I guess that I don't think that GT5 will be released end 2010, otherwise they would have updated GT5p.

EDIT: we didn't even get the promised damage in GT5p.

well just got a package from Play.com yesterday, all i can tell is they confirmed GT5's release is "Coming Soon"... :D

by the way unlike some shopto.net flame boys said earlier my package came with no damage and of course it was a new product, not some used garbage, etc. :rolleyes:

I bet the coming soon list gets automatically created with the biggest franchises coming in the next 6 month and they have GT5 for pre-order set on November.

perhaps but they are not alphabetically nor chronologically sorted and the other "Coming Soon" titles all have a strong release date which is good news for GT5 (and hopefully they don't have FFXIII in the list!):

*Fight Night Round 4: 26 june
*Call of duty 6: november 10
*assassin's creed 2 L.E.: november 20
*fifa 10: october 2
*tiger woods 10: july 3
*dynasty warriors 6 empires: july 26
*GT5: november 27 :)

i think this is good omen (or bad business trick). ;)
 
As much as it makes sense to release GT5 on Black Friday... i saw the release date at Gamestop... which is a rediculous May 27, 2010. It would prolly make more sense to release the game shortly after forza 3 and GT mobile... post Oct. 31 and before the release date of GOW3, March 2010... releasing two HUGE exclusives on the same month is bad for business, esp. if they can be sold in a bundle. So Nov. 27 makes perfect sense... esp. if it is supposedly releaseable at any time... why not wait til the holiday season and make possibly millions of more dollars, yen, pesos, euros... etc. lol
