Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

I cannot wait.

So, to launch early next year the graphics must be final then, I was expecting a bit more improvement besides ray tracing, it looks basically gt sport with ray tracing and longer lod.

GT Sport visually changed for the better between its closed beta period and the full release - there were only 6 months between the two.

If we haven’t seen GT7 since early June, and the final game definitely won’t be releasing until early/mid 2021 at the earliest, who’s to say the graphics are final?

Yeah that's true, let's hope it happens again.

Please please GT7 and Horizon 2 for me

But, well...after Covid i don't know what happen soon. Gran Soonimo 7

Playstation’s marketing team might have captured footage from GT Sport and edited it to fit with the GT7 trailer. I mean, it seems a bit fishy the way it immediately transitions into the familiar trailer. Part of me think they’d show a tad more if there was something new. Just my cynical take.

I doubt it. Check the background when the C7 spins out on Willow, it’s completely clear. On the other hand, on GTS, Willow was full of those hot air balloons in the air

I do hope that new clip is from GT Sport. Doesn't look impressive.

To make things clear, PlayStation doesn't have access to the movie editor program built-in on Gran Turismo SPORT (And probably the seventh entry), that's from PD, and that means that only they could've done that part of the trailer, but there's something that got me... quite nervous to look at.

Where have the ray-trace reflections gone?

GT Sport allready have impressive graphics ... They need to bring back Dynamic time of the day... With add of Ray tracing.... Maybe The difference in car graphics Will not be high.... This features have a cost ...not to mentindo 4k Native resolution at 60 FPS.....

Honestly, does it really matter where it's from? We're still a significant enough amount of time away that the content of a trailer really isn't going to give us a picture of anything, especially a brief glimpse like that.

GTS was still showing off cars that didn't make the final game with far worse graphics a few months before release.

Plus we know it's all the same engine anyway so the lines are rather blurred as to what "game" footage comes from.

Remember the keyword is 'anticipated'

Must admit, graphics are somewhat underwhelming. I really thought this would be the mother of all GTs. Generally not that impressed with the new consoles as far as graphics go. Maybe I'm getting harder to please as the years go by.....

I believe the Corvette uses a matte yellow. If my knowledge is correct, matte paint does not have that same reflective property as gloss or metallic paint. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Here's an article I found of what I'm on about:
