Hej flip i have a small question about the two chicanes on Ascari,
whether cutting corners as shown below will be allowed or not.

That actually is a good point. The last time we were here I remember Oz and myself battling it out during this set. I reviewed this race quite a bit of time and must say the both if us at least kept 2 tires just on the inside of the white lines, ( meaning on the track ).

I would have to say that keeping with that you can't blow straight through those chicane. Now all we need is a message from Go.... i mean Flip ;-)

That just made my day, I've put a lot of civic si to Shame with my h22 prelude one of Hondas best and underrated engines.
At 370 whp I find very few Hondas to keep up at all, but alas I am thinking of going back NA along with Frankensteining the engine with an ITB setup ;-). It is of course the precursor to the F20C ;-)

Anytime your in NYC or Connecticut you have a place to stay too :-) would love for you to either help out on my build or take a ride in it if it is running by then ;-)

Also to add to that hit list KG are a bunch of evos, STIs, BMWs, and quite a few Porsches :-)

Before I got married I owned a 08 s2000 and people use to ask me who did not know Much about cars if I had a v8 in it lol, enjoyed it for couple years and got a lot of thumbs up from older mustany owners, newer mustang of course are really quick, wife told me at a Honda meet last sept that if u wanted to get another s2000 she fine with it, just got to pay off are pilot first.

Your blessed with a wife like that and so am I :-).

Which Honda meet? My wife is pushing me to sell my '07 Accord now to fund my '92 Accord. The only problem is I have 2 things from it. That V6 would go perfect into a Miata and the whole Brakes and suspension would be a job on the '92 but it would make a great donor car :-)

Hey an AP1 next time ;-) unless it is a CR.

I would love to drive an ap1 but think I'll stick to a ap2, like the upgraded looks and little more torq, if I was going to make it a track car then ap1 would be fine, I'm part of a prelude club and was in a s2000 club but a lot of s2000 owners were noobs.

A lot of S2000 owners are still noobs ;-).

You'd probably have smoked me then lol, I've got a 91 mustang gt and a 94 gt haha. I've got the 91 up to 350whp and is in pretty nice conditions, but the 94s a turd and has rust all over, I just beat on it, maybe I'll lemons it someday.

Couple of hours until roll off at Ascari for the April finale!

On an unrelated note: Found some footage of the actual WTCC at their test day at the Nordschelife!

firstly sorry for being late and nervous driving too, I have a the night shift and i'm bit tired and had no possibility of early exit from work.

socal sorry for bumps on the first few laps, if I caused you damage, then sorry, it was fun racing whit you.

Miata GW

Guys it looks like I am out for the forseeable future due to getting too frigging old to keep all the balls in the air and keeping SWMBO ( She who must be obeyed) off my back. I may stop by for the occasional GT TOUR with you guys just to be socialable. You guys are the greatest...

Flip keep it...your series are THE GREATEST.

I got disconnected right after the race finished. So that was fun.

So, I don't have the points cards ready, but I can say that @miata13B and I'll Owe You Won Racing have taken both titles for April. I'll leave it up to you two, but for your team Miata, your cars can run #1 & #2 for next month.

Now: Policy change.
People not being able to see each other has been a known issue with GT. What we did in between the two races to make sure everyone is on track will be done BEFORE qualifying for the rest of the season, and for the coming series after. That way, if someone needs to jump out and reset, it can be done without effecting anything for the race. So everyone try to get in by 11:40 pm EST, that way we can keep things relatively on schedule and do the check then.
What we'll do is meet up at a place near the pit exit and make sure everyone is visible. Hopefully, we can avoid confusion and having a bunch of people leaving.

Also, we're entering a new month, and we've had some people leave the series for various reasons. We're at the time where I will allow car switching to reform teams that have fallen apart, or to create new ones. Talk about it to me first.

Sidenotes: No, I have no idea why it decided to start me 3rd on the grid for the Main.
@draqua_fresh The last 35 minutes or so was good fun!

Is there going to be any cars added to car selection for nxt season. Good race last night, sneezing and going off track was the best part of my race, I was laughing for couple laps then got back into rythem.

No new cars, list will stay the same.

May I suggest a quick BOP for the cars that we currently have vs. adding even more, as we know the Mazda's are really fast, and that cars like the Integra and the brz/86 struggle. I recommend that we use the age old BOP style from fighting games and balance slower cars up to the mazdas, while leaving the mazdas just as fast so that it won't punish the Mazda guys for picking that car. I'll do some data crunching from the past seasons races and try to come up with something. But it's up to you @flip55 if you want to implement them.

If we knew what tracks maybe adjust bop for certain tracks, probably a lot of work, I know ff cars were really quick at mid field and rx8 was quick at track last night, I'm going to test bmw again to see if I can be competive with it compared to rx8
