I'm not saying GT5 is perfect, but come on, dude. Don't act like an ungrateful and ridiculous person. This is an extensive list of additions, and if you add them to the other add-ons, it's stunning.

Sure, some say GT5 needed to be fixed anyway. There's only some truth in that. I think GT5 also was a great value with a lot of great cars and amazing lighting and other details like that which Turn 10 can't match (Even though I think the entire Forza series is good).

I wonder is your expectations are simply unrealistic. Things don't have to be perfect to be highly enjoyable.

No. It's there from the get go (in the game data), but it's almost the same, totally NOT woth to watch it, believe me.

I paid that much just for the Monte Carlo DLC in Dirt 3, what a bargain.

The kart track looks awesome, the cars look great but it would have been nice to see some road cars too.

The cockpit views on the open cockpit cars are better than I expected. The closed cockpit cars are worse than I expected.

I took a few laps in 3 different open cockpit cars and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Driving the GSX-R/4 is a totally different and MUCH better experience. I have fallen in love with this car all over again. 👍👍👍

And the standard topless LM cars are now going to be on my go-to list.

Yeah... very disapointed with DLC options... 2 tracks, 15 cars... and a price more than 1/10th the game price? I was thinking maybe 30cars? 5-10tracks? I think this is a bit of a wet fish in the face... but we'll see where it leeds.

Don't buy it, then. That's how it works.

I agree it's maybe a bit expensive. Not price gouging or anything, though. Low enough to be an impulse purchase, but high enough to make tons of profit. Which, you know, is the only reason any of us have any good games to play. They do need to make money for all this work.

DLC tends to be a bit of a rip off, though. That's just the industry. They probably will have sales. Those who MUST have more content will pay first, and enjoy it while the cheapskates like me have to wait.

It's no big deal.

The kart track is amazing, it shows that PD still knows how to make great looking tracks!!! Hopefully they are taking all the old tracks from GT4 and remodeling them in high definition, then I'd be willing to pay $30 for all the tracks.

I feel you on that, more skylines eh , I am just going to try to enjoy it though . . . and check out the "other side" tomorrow just for the fun of it . GT is clearly an evolving game with lots more to come.

Its actually just the X2010 with Pirelli tyres and a narrower canopy to be honest. (I saw the sketch that lead to this change)

I was not able to toggle the headlights but I can see where they are located. I tried loading a timd change course and they weren't available.

Edit: Yup, headlights confirmed. Picture to come.

I'm loving it.

Folks, this is such a great game for the $55 or whatever you paid for it. So much content. So much detail. Not everything, but really more than most of us could model in our entire lifetime.

I'm very pleased by the upgrade.

Same here...I took the F430 Scuderia out for a spin on the ring, and the physics feel...better. I don't quite know how to describe it, but the car just felt more alive and the feedback through the wheel was better as well. I also noticed that the bass tones have been reduced, had to turn the gain up on the buttkicker a tad to get the rumblestrips back to normal.

EDIT: I paid $100 for the collectors edition, loving every minute of it

Since we had the F10 for the 2011 season, I'm guessing by the end of this one we might get the RB7 or something so it's one year behind or whatever loophole they used to get the F10 in the game in the first place, more open wheel is always better anyways
