I have just found a video of an actual 1998 McLaren Mercedes F1 car hidden in the coding for GT3. It was unfinished as it had weird yellow 'windmill' wheels and the rev counter clocked out at 11,000rpm, but that is definitely a car I'd like to see return to GT6. The more F1 cars the merrier!

Both the Volvo and the Lamborghini.

Do you have any pics?

My dad's previous car (Volvo 940 Turbo Celebration) Could beat spots cars at the lights. Only weighs 1200kg stock! We thrashed Type R's and made well respected sports hot hatches pee them selves. That's the power of RWD you simply cannot get in a FWD.

Fastest we've been in it was topping near 150mph. We used it to carry wardrobes too :P

Speaking of concept cars...

Anybody remember this one?

Or this?

Or what about this one?

Ok last one. What about this?

Audi R18 e-tron quattro
Toyota TS030-Hybrid
Audi R15 TDI+
Peugeot 908 2011
GTE cars
Just more Le Mans cars for a more realistic 24 hour race :sly:

Yes! This is exactly what I want. Great call. I am watching 24h du Mans qualifying now and I am more in love with the Toyota TS030-HYBRID and Audi R18 e-tron quattro than ever.

Most of these cars I have never even heard of and do not know the name. And my god these are some bizarre cars.

Bizarre cars yaaaay!!!

Looks like a slice of cheese with a ray-gun on-top  But that's the intake.

Please post the names of any unusual cars along with pictures. It would be nice to be able to do some follow-up reading for some.

Some of these cars are amazing and despite that 99% of them will never feature in a GT title it would be nice to know what they are.

The last photo by ZedMan1996 in post #5502 is crazy. What the hell is that?! Turning left would be fine but clipping the apex of a right turn could be tricky. Being t-boned from the left would surely be the end...

Unfortunately I don't know the names of these awesome cars. I love them tough.

These hell-raisers had up to 1000bhp+ and can weigh as little as 650kg. For a long period of time they were out-lapping F1 cars. They were literally the fastest race cars in the world.

In fact literally there were a few F1 driver's who raced in Can-Am and they brought their own F1 GP cars and simply put aero body work on it which made them have even more downforce & top speed.

This. Sorry, I should have SuperTruck actually. I think it could be great fun blasting around in one of these badboys.

Nurburgring Nordschleife at night in heavy rain with a grid of 12-16 would separate the men from the boys.

And would also destroy the track if they wreck lol. Imagine one of those things smashing into a wall at Nordschleife assuming the wall could stop it.
