WHY, WHY!! It's to soon for a Prologue. NEXT FALL??!! 👎👎👎👎:banghead::boggled:

It's almost as if PD's ever-longer development times (only just now getting shorter with GT6) have trained people to think a reasonable amount of time is too short. A year from now is too soon for a paid demo? Really?

Not that I take this tweet as any sort of hint to a future prologue - I'm hoping those are behind us, since GT6 didn't bother with one.

Gran Turismo 6 Billboards seen at Phillip Island for the V8 Supercars. First time I've seen GT6 advertising in any capacity outside of this website.

Not the best picture, but at least, the GT6 advertising is "clearly" visible.

Never seen or heard of that guy until this week with all the GT7 stuff. Can we trust this guy?

I know I would BLOODY ENJOY a Gran Turismo 7 Prologue @TokoTurismo but not at the cost of buying a PS4 within less than a year. I planned to buy a PS4 maybe going into 2015 but more than likely afterwards, plus if we do happen to recive GT7 before years out it will interfere will my planes of having a multi-screen layout. Further more for GT7 to make a major impression of the Gran Turismo community PD, Mr. Kazunori Yamauchi-son and Sony must press the limits of the PS4 to have the following attributes.

Full damage and mechanical damage to all the cars, maintenance of the cars to prevent any type of damage. Mechanical damage to drivetrain, engine, suspension, brakes, if abused during a race. COMPLETE 5 axis suspension tuning if it's not already available in GT6 with the KW 7-post along with caster adjustments. Tire pressure and temperature, deflation's caused by punchers, rubbing on other cars, hitting the rumbles to hard, over use of the tire, hitting a wall. Full ballast weight adjustment within the weight of the car, the option to give a pacific drive ballast which can't be moved. Aerodynamic down force lose when body parts are damage if not yet offered with in GT6 with the new algorithm. Lighting as in headlights and taillight go out when body is damage in that area.

Addition:
Complete individual four corner camber and jack setting for running on Ovals.

I'm still in disbelief that PD was already talking about GT7 before GT6 is even out.
Well, all the dlc will be mostly content and everything is built procedurally and module based so a lot will simply carry over... Just look at the quality of willow springs in comparison to other tracks.

Turn on more shadow effects and lighting contrast, more animated crowds, more cockpits, etc and it will look spruced up... But gameplay is another question all together.

Um, what does that have to do with what I said?

Some people are already inching for that G-T-7 in the vain @RandomCarGuy17.:cheers:

Addition:
It still doesn't make any difference @GTPorsche if they can or should carry the code from GT6 to GT7. The issue is the reasoning of talking about GT7 weeks before GT6 has been released and fully explored. It could be a notion that GT6 is bad or isn't at the full potential, or lacking? We have know clue what its lacking. I highly doubt this could be any reasoning to speak of GT7 already. Unless there are going to do something total of the bloody wall that will take the whole sim world by storm. Which I highly doubt will happen, they've had plenty of time to incorporate, add the necessary items, features and measures.

I don't want any info on GT7 until I have GT6. That's like putting steaks on a grill for next week when you're cooking steaks for today.

He's saying it shouldn't take PD long to make GT7.
Correct. You seemed to imply talking about GT 7 might be a distraction or lack of focus on GT 6, and its a valid concern, but its more likely that GT 6 is a step to GT 7... Kaz seems to always be a few versions ahead with his vision/s.

Amar's being mysterious over at NeoGAF again.

It is starting. Next week will start the build.

I can't tell, but in less than 48 hours the build will start. It will be very interesting and many will be able to witness it and participate their thoughts with the builders and supporting team. It will be probably unexpected, IMO very cool and I hope very interesting. Once the build is done, the play will commence ;)

How long until excuses for the lack of "x" for GT6 is quickly swept aside because PD is "busy putting the finishing polishes on GT7."
