GT7 Circuit Experience Overly Difficult....

Sector 1 is the only part really dificult about suzuka. The rest of the sectors are easy and the full lap is forgiving. People complain about suzuka because they think the rest is has hard as sector 1.
Well the hardest part for me is the very last chicane before the finish line. Sometimes i'll misjudge the braking and go too fast and run off the road or run into the wall. Then I have to start over b/c I lose a lot of time in this way. The rest is pretty basic and straightforward!

Ahhhh right - gotcha.

The last sector on Fuji. Now that's tricky.

I have just joined the club:

It the brakes in the middle between 150 and 100 mark in the last chicane.

Did something change? I heard alot of negativity regarding Suzuka CE. Sector 1 is testing the ghost is just about the Gold time. But the rest of the sectors were first time Golds for me. I managed Gold on my first complete lap by a clear half a second without feeling like I had to push it.

Its very very easy compared to Autopolis.

I mean I'm decent, I play for Golds but this was pretty easy. Sector 1 needed effort of course.

Edit: Golded it 3 times in a row. Beating my own recorded once amongst those.

I have to be honest... I didn't have any problems with Suzuka before the patch.... Sector 1: 1.Try take off in the first right because too fast 2.Try Car went sideways when braking and off onto the grass. 3rd try silver 4th- 5th try departure in double S 6th try gold... All other sectors and the full lap immediately gold.

The Gr2. Vehicles and especially the Honda are incredibly snappy... and the grip level is super high... you have to and should drive really aggressively.

Yeah the 50,100,150 meter readings can help give the player a clue on where to brake. I also use the cones and the corner indicator for assistance with that as well.

I just unlocked Le Mans and that's the only one left. Fisherman's Ranch was a surprise. The sectors seemed tougher than the full lap, or by the end I had enough practice on the sectors. I reran each sector before I went for the full lap.

edit: And done. I botched the last sector at Le Mans, had to drop speed on the left hander at the end of the Porsche Curves, but it was good enough.

Apparently a gold run of my abilities, is about .2 slower than PD's. I've got three tracks that I've golded the sectors, but when it comes to the full lap, I'm .2 from gold, and can not improve. I drove 197 miles at Trial Mountain, trying to knock off .2. Frustrating as hell to be that close, but might as well be an hour.

What's the deal with the Ford GT race car at Daytona. How can a car be that terrible to drive? I did a few laps before saying screw that. I'm going to put that off as long as I can.
My exact same issue, .2-3 seconds away on the lap after gold all sectors

Interesting. I was at Le Mans this weekend, and no car went through the Porsche curves full throttle. The Pug 908 in the Le Mans circuit experience does. Now I know it is on RM tyres while the 24 hour race is driven on RH, but still. It does give reason to question the realism of GT7 CE.

Launch physics you had to lift like real life does but apparently that was unfair and if you got gold you belittled people

Colorado Springs was the last CE to golden, and probably the hardest full lap for me.
You have to be fast and very lucky in that one.... IMHO.

gr1 physics is currently broken (similarly all mr gr3 cars)

Honestly, how do you come up with that statement? Just because the Peugeot in the CE can take the Porsche curves faster than the LeMans vehicles iRL this year?

almost all highdownforce cars can take some corners like 50km/h faster than in real life ;d pd should adjust downfroce as its just too much

Remember that the GR010 is also like 200kg heavier than the 908. Hence why they aren't taking it flat out any more. Plus back in 2009, they were pretty much taking it full out on qualifying laps.

Congrats!
I have just turned off PS4 after trying to gold that one...
The best I did was 1:22.4

Yesterday I drove my first Daily Race in GT7 and it was at Windmills - later I went to it's CE and made it to gold everything, so today I came with idea why not try Colorado too.
But this one seems to be too hard for me, for now - if there will be more dirt & will mood then who knows...

Isit humanely possible to gold all CE using a pad and auto transmission? Some tracks feel impossible.
Yes they absolutely are, but you shouldn't/must not use TCS on the pad that makes it too difficult because the gamepad limits the performance about 50 to 75% more than a steering wheel. However, pad users have a kind of TCS active even with TCS 0, in that the command to accelerate is slightly delayed or implemented with a kind of damping in the game. If you have problems with Power Oversteer when using the gamepad, activate the countersteering assistant.

Was it the one with the Lancia Delta HF? Cause I had to ignore the braking line to gold that one.

I'm needing a couple of seconds at Nords on the full lap for all gold, will get ther , give it a couple of tries then do something else.
