Funny how you stole those words right off my mouth. I was supposed to be full time too in one of RPH's Red Bulls, but now that the series has been completely filled up with SC guys (to be fair, I think this should rather be called NASCAR Sprint Cup than Nationwide) I have quickly lost my interest to compete full time.

As a matter of fact though, I will be able to enter the season opener at Daytona according to RPH.

Just because the regular SC drivers all joined this, doesn't make it any different. This is Nationwide. The races are shorter, it's less serious, and I want this to be something where we can have some fun races and not be at each others throats constantly with all the bitching and moaning and fighting and politicking and trying to gain any advantage at any cost. It doesn't matter if we have 3/4 of the field consist of SC drivers, or randoms. It doesn't change a thing.

But it's still NW, races are NW length, all is set, just leave it as it is...

Also, this.

Yeah, making it the Cup would just result in people taking it more seriously which isn't the idea. Just because there's a lot of talent here, doesn't mean the series can't be laidback.

and this.

Just going to throw this out here, is there any chance that Laguna/Spa date could be swapped with HSR or SuzE? I can't make April 6th and it would be a shame to miss the one decent road course of the season, so thought I'd ask :)

The only reason I had Suzuka East as the 3rd race was because I wanted to have more time for PD to announce a possible Apricot Hill DLC. But it looks as if it'll be for GT6 now.

I have no problem swapping the races, so long as nobody objects. If anyone objects, it'll stay as it is.

No.

As for the 2010 vs 2011 "issue," ultimately, I don't care. Personally, I would strongly prefer everyone use a different car for more variety, but at the end of the day, so long as you and your team owner agree, you can use any car that's a part of your team. In SC towards the end, neljack and carb were both using the 2011 #20, and although it got annoying at times, it didn't really matter much. Just promise me not to spend all day trying to figure out what car is .001 faster than the others. That's just silly.

I'm still using the 2010 24. Maybe move to the 48. I donno.

I can understand the not looking for 1 hundredth/ thousandth of a second, but 4 tenths is quite a bit. Someone said to use the 2010 for daytona, and the 2011 for the rest of the calender, just hoping that it is decent at the other tracks.

So for SGR, Joe is in the 2010 #14, Kartman in the 2011 #14 and akmuq in whichever #42 he wants :)

I'll try to mix in the 2010 Red Bull here and there. But won't promise anything :sly:.

Also did Daytona testing, 2010 is consistently slower by a tenth each lap.

Inspired by the odd happening in the Truck series, I suggest adding a race to the calendar.

That would be the mighty Coca Cola 1481 and 1 quarter (alternatively 2370k) - 79 laps around SSRX! Looks pretty exciting, eh MÜLE?

Nah, 200 laps at SSRX with the highest level of fuel usage. :sly:

I like this idea, it will only take 7.5 hours 👍

I still need a third driver, btw. PM me if interested.

You must take James or Suck_Me_Off, otherwise you'll be left with a horrible situation because you only have 1 guy to push you while the others have 2!

Oh and just imagine how awesome it would be to get pushed around the track by an 800hp TOYOTA.

Mule, my team is full the full time drivers. I 'may' be looking for a seat if your willing to have me.

If I can make it I would promise I would be working under your tactics, with no sharing of each others strategy etc.

Let me know and I'll let you know later if I can make it. 👍

What was the pole time last week? hoping to make it two in a row :sly:

also hoping to finish my 3rd daytona race

*shakes fist at awful ISP's and useless router*

Carb, how dare you use such vile language against another member! :P
