I'm interested to know how many of the people going to the finals this time also qualified for the previous GT Academy, I know I was at the final in London last year.

Well done to the top guys and GTdrivers moose for such hot pace early on, never thought I'd get there!

Was there National finals last year? Just wondering I thought it was different last year.

Yes just like I did. But I wonder Lucas Ordonez is on place 24 so do we need to count him in or not. And I won't recieving an e-mail because the adress I used for the GTP_TAG is none existing .

But I am not sure if I need to fill in the forms anyway because of Lucas maybe you guys know??

Well done all who qualified. I hadn't played any GT for over a year and only found out about the Academy on the 10th of Jan, so only had 14 days to relearn the game and qualify, ended up 25th in UK (0.109 away from qualifying) and 205th in the world which isn't too bad for me, but I'm pretty narked to come so close and not make it. Oh well, good luck to those that did

Yeah, I am in school atm so I can't check. But I don't think I will be able to change the e-mail adres on the PS3, especially not to the one I using regular because I have an other account with that adres.
But I hope I will be able to verify that I used that account but would like to be contacted on an other e-mail adres.

You can definitely update it on the PS3 (I had the same issue at the start of the comp and changed mine). If you want to use an address that's linked to a different account, you'll have to change the other account to an alternate address first.

You can also change it on your PC, by logging onto the PlayStation Network. (Top Right Corner of the screen at gran-turismo.com)

1) Log in with the account with the e-mail adres I do want to use and change it to something else (possible switch it with the one on the GTP_tagged account)
2)Log in with the GTP_tagged account and change the adres to the one I want to use.
3) Sign up for the finales.

Yep - That's what you need to do. 👍

Keep in mind, the PSN will not allow 2 accounts to share email addresses, so you will not be able to use the address that's currently on your GTP_Account. You'll either want to create a new email on MSN, yahoo, etc., or make one up.

PSN does not recognize the '+' option on email addresses as the same address, so you can use, for example, account1+temporary@example.com, and it will be accepted as a valid, different address, but still go to account1@example.com. Then you wouldn't have to create a new address.

Thanks alot Sphinx and EDK, your help was great I just switched up the adres on both account made a new one for the general account for all games. And made the GTP_tagged PSN the one with the correct e-mail adres, and it worked out fine, I just tried to login again with the new adres and it was all good . So now I should be able to submit for the finales, thanks!!!

Edit// As it turns out I am not able to apply because the ranking shows me as 31 with no execption of Lucas, ohwell to bad.

I don't have a full drivers license as yet, simply my own fault and another couple of months down the road would have been a different story for sure

I finished 9th in the Netherlands. I didn't put that much effort into the Time Trial. Especially after the christmas holiday was over, I didn't have the opportunity to get any seat time. So I'm happy that my times were fast enough
