just start from back nep, I thought the same at the start of week, just hang in dude your doing so well.

I shall join PAL 1 in less than 30mins

Every time I try to connect to one of the wsgtc lounges I get error 262 or 268, if I do get in I get dc'd after a few minutes, I've spoken to my ISP and they said everything is fine with my broadband, seriously pee'd off after waiting all evening for the maintenance to finish then not being able to qualify! Could I have an issue with the lounge owner?

If you open up 1 of the lounges without anyone already in it, you will be the host. Try that and them post which lounge you are in

Paginas, GTP_Cicua, GTF_Apollo, Tony1311, and myself all seem to be in agreement that this week's race should be run same class..

Up to you Litchi, but I think we will have too few for a D2. Also, I think it might be wise to not run a 16 car grid right after a maintenance, as you never know if they improved or worsened the servers.

This is for the PAL race.

I think they should all be same class, it's easier, and there's more competition for most of the drivers that way.

I tried the online section which was ok but I only tried the wsgtc lounges, I have work at 05:30 so didn't really have time to try to get to the bottom of it.

I take it there won't be a time extension for quali due to the maintenance?

If not can you put me on the waiting list and maybe I will get to do some racing tomorrow night.

Thanks

I agree. The number of drivers aren't as high as expected at the start of the series. I think same class will work best for all divisions.

Qualifying at 23:00PST tonight if anyone is available...
Looks like I may even get Pole :embarrassed:

agree but not sure what masi intentions was with this series...

Masi intentions are a thing, real and actual situation is an other thing... We try to follow the Masi guideline but sometimes, we have to change some things.

So, I say yes for same class.

my $0.02+tax are to try mixed unless the second room is barren, like < 6 cars

GrahamTurismo was disconnected a split second after finishing hot lap #1. 2:03.542...

I also prefer same class racing. Racing against more drivers on the track.

If staying with mixed class, I think having 16 cars in div1 is asking for trouble to happen. Increase the riskfor the on-line bug to happen (no confirmation its been fixed), framerate drops, and lag. If staying with mixed class, I think we should limit div1 to 14 cars, maximum. This would also make div2 a bit more fun and meaningful. Its important that we all have enjoyable racing.

Graham's lap 1 should stand, if he disconnected on his second flying lap, even 1 second into it, he loses that lap. 2:03.542 is his time 👍

I would say if we stick to same class then the top 16 cars race, no division 2.

16 drivers on track at the same time, regardless of class format, should never even be considered. 14 should be the absolute maximum, no question.

So Server Maintenance totally blocked my Qualy Time Window. Can I ask you guys a favor. Let me start at the back of the grid or from the pits. If its possible please someone PM-me to know how to arrange time.

Thanks

Last weeks races seemed fine. 15 in gt300 and 16 in gt500. Looking at the numbers we have anyway it seems unlikely that we will fill the grids on a regular basis. If we only allow 14, that will leave 1 or 2 cars in a division 2 race to decide the lower points.
As things stand I think we can race 16 in an open lobby ( numbers permitting)

I waited all evening yesterday to do my quali, at 22:10 the maintenance had finished and every time I joined 1 of the wsgtc lounges I would get error 262 and 268 or if I did get in I would be dc'd after a few minutes. I gave up at 23:30 as I had work at 05:30 this morning, I tried the pal 1 lounge before I left for work and just trajikone was in there and it worked fine.

Would it be possible to do my quali when I get home at 18:30? I know the deadline was 23:59 last night but there really was nothing I could do to get my qualifier in on time.
