Down to 2'02.500 now.
Toe-out (-) on the front increases steering response for sharper turn-in. Toe-in (+) will do the opposite and will contribute to understeer more easily. Toe-out on the rear will tend to make the rear end unstable both in a straight line and in cornering, while toe-in will make the rear want to track in a straighter line, creating stability. In my mild experience with Spec Miata and Spec E30, most drivers in those classes run about 1/8 inch toe out up front and 1/8 inch toe in at the rear. That's about .2 degrees.Been looking for a few of the tunes here on page; not only for Rocket but for a lot others...
It puzzles me that all of you prefer a relative large toe out front, and a relative large toe in rear???
I have a "standard toe" for about 90% of my cars, this is +0,01 front and - 0,01 rear... Thats a llittle tiny toe in front, and a little tiny toe out rear... ALSO for Rocket... I think this make most cars good and stable in turns and curves...
Of course I tried with that extreme toe out front and toe in rear that you people go with, but I crash with that, makes the car, no matter which, very unstable and understeering...
Am I really that different from the rest of you??? I drive with a Sixaxis controller as I don`t have anything else...
That is ridiculous. Is that why I could only keep interest in it for 5 days?GTA V the most expensive game ever made at $265,000,000 production cost estimated*, it grossed $1,000,000,000+ on release day....I think that's what we winner winner chicken dinner.
PD should take notes...
Corrected the numbers, I thought about and said to my self they didn't sound right, I was correct they where wrong, only cost 265 mil+marketing, and made more than a billion in the first day.
I believe what the tuners are saying is that negative camber acts as positive camber. 0/0 has most grip and despite visual confirmations that negative camber is being applied to the wheels, physics wise it's the opposite.EDIT: For example, GT6 seems to have a problem with camber adjustments. I'm new to the problem but from what I've read here on the forums, any negative camber above about .5 degree will actually make the tires lose grip. People are having the best results with 0 camber. For the sake of remaining competitive, you might want to try zeroing your camber.

Drove this car for the first time last night. The stock setup has a number of problems. It has braking zone and entry oversteer followed by mid-corner push and then back to a bit of exit oversteer. I spent over an hour just tuning the LSD. No matter how low you go on LSD accel, you can still achieve outside rear wheel spin. I have not seen that yet in GT6 or GT5. So I tried higher LSD accel settings too, but with every increase in number, the car became more easy to spin under throttle. So, 5 it is for accel. I then worked on corner entry with a little bit of brake split at 4/5 and LSD decel to higher and higher numbers. There is a point where a high decel number will make the corner entry quicker, but then it begins to deteriorate the already low mid corner grip. Finally, I spent some time with initial torque. Low just made the car unpredictable. Super high added corner exit push.
This is where I landed for LSD: 13/5/18
Initial Torque sweet spot between 12 and 15.
Accel at 5 and you can still spin the outside rear wheel at the limit.
Decel sweet spot between 15 and 25.
Even with just LSD adjustments the car has become more fun to drive. I have much more tuning to do on this car because it still pushes a bit around the middle of the corner. It reminds me a lot of the Skip Barber formula cars that I have driven in driver's schools. They told us that formula cars like constant input; always either be on the throttle or on the brakes and never coast. This little car reminds me of that driving experience.
Can you please make Crank tune on the first post and not only 2 links of praiano? thanks
https://sites.google.com/site/gt6tunes/seasonals@LeadFootLiam can you update all the tunes to the OP?
I won't be tuning this car for this event so I'll give yours and Hami's a spin I think. Might try SRF this time as well I did run a couple of laps untuned to get the prizes and I found the same thing as you. The car does not like you to take your foot off the throttle and it kind of reminds me of cars like the Yellowbird which require a different driving technique of having small throttle inputs even under braking and cornering. I don't know how anyone would do this with a DS3, my congrats to anyone that lays down a good time in this even with the controller.Your description of this car is spot on and is exactly what I've been experiencing while trying to tune this little car. I especially agree with the part that it likes constant input. Any amount of coasting will just throw the cars handling off. You really have to get in a good rhythm with this car and be on your toes, either on the gas or on the brakes. My LSD settings are quite a bit different from yours with mine being 5/30/10. Still trying to dial the car in the way I like it, but I'm getting close. Its a very aggressive tune and you really got to be on your toes with it, but its gotten me to 52nd place atm, so I think I'm heading in the right direction.

All the tunes should end up there as well if the tuners let @XS know about it. Maybe you could add that link to the OP as well @LeadFootLiam

2:06'3 so far. running without srf is good fun but without ABS is a nightmare, just can't get consistent braking with my controller, 2:05'XXX with a perfect run. Cheers for the tune, hristo.
