Yep. Me too. I just need the R89C...
I even don't have all cars. Rest of them will come naturally some day or something.
It would be nice to complete sete of GT500 cars with all liveries (duplicates) but decided to do this some day in the feature when more credit options will come along. Those cars will still be in Brand Center.

F40 hopefully should be in next refresh if they really did swap it with the rx500. But who tf knows really. I've been loving and appreciating the f50 a lot more in anticipation for this f40 drop.
Who knows anymore... I'm almost wondering if individual slots a car inhabits determines whether it sticks to the original order or if it's totally random. Kind of like how cars in the UCD that are from Brand Central are always replaced with another BC car.
Probably not, but I don't know how else to explain the XJ13 and 962C
I'm bout to buy the gto too... don't care if the car is terrible just buying for the collection really lol
Hope you don't think I was saying the GTO is terrible as it's absolutely not. Definitely one of the fastest pre-'65 cars in the game. The 250 GT just seems to be a bit better once the terrible stock suspension is tuned.

I'm glad I bought the GTO if for no other reason than to have it out of the way, though with it having the #race tag it's possible it may be able to enter an event for older cars (in 3-5 years when they get around to finishing the game, lol) that the GT can't enter.
I skipped 787b for the r92. I know the 787b sounds cool, but performance wise aren’t they pretty much identical?
787b down-tunes better than any of the other LMP/Gr. 3's. Even at like 370hp it still has extremely good acceleration and top speed, while being able to no-stop Sardegna since it gets such good fuel economy. I'd pick it up next time around as it's pretty incredible.

^ it's all good... I ended up buying the GTO... besides the f40 I have 2 overpriced cars left in the barker tourer and Shelby...that might be close to 35 million alone for those two cars smh... so saving up my pennies now... got 3.5 million in the bank so far

Do you have a screenshot to prove it ;)

No problems at all with its driving ability, that's not my issue. It all comes back to the credits/economy. 250 GTO is a fine car and plenty quick for its age, but I've already got the 250 GT '61 besting it (at the time of that post the GTO was nudging it out by a couple tenths of a second) and it just seems like we should have gotten more than a livery, better stock suspension setup, and a worse (at least to my ears) engine note for the ~11mil credits more we have to pay for it over the '61 GT. So I guess my issue is I fail to understand why they didn't do more to set the two cars apart, as the way it currently stands one can apply a livery, drop some weight, and add enough power to the 250 GT '61 and have a quicker car than the GTO for less than half the price while retaining the iconic looks.

It's not really even an issue, I just find it strange like so many other design elements in this game.

Edit: And I'm not saying I think they should have blocked the ability to upgrade the 250 GT '61, I just don't see why we're paying so much more for essentially the same car. Not a fan of this "realistic pricing" that is terribly inconsistent and in many cases nowhere near realistic. The 250's are just the vector for my further venting of frustrations with the economy, if that makes sense.
Not sure what you were expecting either. The GTO is an evolution of the 250 GT that was considered pretty conservative even for the season's standards. It had the same chassis with minor changes mainly to reduce weight, the same engine and gearbox. It was a group 3 car so no much modifications from road car could be done and the car should be basically similar to road car. The mais difference was the body, lots of work on the aero, not to improve downforce but just to reduce drag at Le Mans.
Despite that is the most expensive car in the world nowadays because there were made so few of them.
If you match the PP there it goes the weight advantage and the body isn't made to improve downforce so no clear advantage on a regular circuit.

I didn't buy the F50 (last time it was around) because I was saving money for the F1 and F40. Well at this point, wtf, I should have bought it. Plenty of damn time to get more money for the F40s (yes, I plan to purchase several).

The Nissan is the one group C missing on my garage. From the other four, the Mazda is the best IMHO.
It's great both in 800pp and 700pp form.
In 700pp form can do 8 laps at Le Mans with FM1 just with some short shifting, so if you don't need to put Inters or wets you can go for 8 laps non stop. At Sardegna at 800pp I usually prefer to stop by lap 11 or 12 instead of going conservative on fuel maps, it's faster as it's one of the shortest pitlanes and where you loose little time. In both cases the racing hards are as good as new by the end of the races.
Non of the others is even close on tire and fuel economy.
For me is Mazda, than Mercedes and Jag pretty even and last the Porsche. But specially on 700pp detune, the Mazda is the king.

finally! thanks for the heads up... i'll buy it tomorrow morning... cant stop my script from playing now lol

what color is the f40 and how much?
