Well as I'm not a WMD member and therefore not bound by any NDA I will post what I found after a quick google search on the subject.

I highly doubt it will have anything to do with the X Cars from PoDi. It's more likely a sponsored "surprise" package we have seen for Forza many times.

I too highly doubt that. I was just jesting... I've seen enough Red Bull stuff for a lifetime.
SMS wouldn't go down the unrealistic stupid car route for this game anyway.

Season Pass gives you what is written there, 1 pack a month for 8 months. That does not prohibit SMS from releasing more content, free or paid.

No, thats an ingame screenshot. Look at the grass blades in the middle at the top, they give it away.

I can promise you that this is indeed an ingame curb screenshot. You can recognise this by the "flat" grass texture in the upper right corner.
And before you ask, yes all the polished curb textures look that great ingame, no bullshots.

The above two are right. The curb shot is no bullshot, but the honest level of detail that Project CARS is offering.

WMD members go onto the tracks if possible to get the texture shots for those. Even Nords Karussel concrete slab texture shots.

Is that level of detail only possible on a NASA grade PC, or will we mere mortals be able to enjoy such eye-candy on our pedestrian PS4's?

It's "just" textures, the consoles have plenty of unified ram to handle high res textures.

I don't have the exact link but I've seen it before here. It's straight from game. Sure, on the highest possible settings, but in game none the less.

That is an in game screenshot. And consoles will manage those details.
