Woah that's a nice edit G.T.Ace

Here you go LogiForce. With the new tyre model or changes, the cars are floating and you can see full size clearly, also some reflection bugs.

I just tried this similar pic below as my desktop and looks even better LogiForce.

At the moment my wheel rig isn't up so I don't play it (still lots to do after moving house). I have done in the past of course, I got into the top 10 of the old thrustmaster comp without much play time. Other games/sims in the past years I was up there with the aliens but lost interest 2/3 years ago and went back to my art background.

Thanks a lot. Above and beyond the call!
I hadn't even noticed the floating at first glance. Hmmm, maybe I did set my monitor's brightness a bit too dark last week.

*checks brightness*
yep... 10 (of 100) steps too dark. Now I can see it float indeed.
Makes me remember the floating karts (which were a lot worse).

Moving house is a pain (though some enjoy it).
I am not that good of a racer to be honest, but I am enjoying myself. Which is in the end what gaming is all about, right?
I also had a time where I felt just fed up with gaming. I also tried drawing manga style stuff a bit, but that never caught on. Tried playing keyboard and now having a go at guitar as well. Though I haven't found much of a hidden talent yet. lol
Anyhow, hope you get things sorted in your new home soon so you can relax and enjoy pCARS a bit more. ;)

@T-12:
Glad you are playing plenty like a good man should. :dopey:
I think you are getting closer now with the balance in the new pictures.
I like the third picture, but there is some weird stuff going on under that rear tyre. Also I find that the rims are not really finished yet (but that's nothing you can change) as they seem to lack a matt (aluminium oxydized) finish.
Same odd thing at the rear wheel on your last picture btw.

I reckon the second to last would do nicely for the pCARS screenshot background collection. As you could the desktop shortcuts (although I keep them to a bare minimum) to the left of the car.

@G.T.Ace:
Nice picture btw. Though a bit grainy. Maybe T-12 can get you a high res version of that shot?
Also maybe a bit of charcoal effect might be nice for that pic. 👍

Thank you guys.

I actually added some extra noise, didn't want to make it look clean.
There's also some extra blurring. :D

I played around a bit with the picture iPhoto on the iPad as well to kill some time.

Ohohoh, I would soooo love to see more road cars in this game. If so, than I'm sold for the Wii U version. This game looks really good, why can't racing games look this beautiful hmmm? :irked:

Alright, hold on to your underpants, people:

- that Caucasus p2p track will be changed to remake Stelvio
- today there will be a surprise circuit in the build with 4 variations
- work on the Solitude will start on Monday

Thats what I call a nice Friday. :D

I'll think for a second as an "outsider" ..there's a little less than a year to go for the release (so quite much actually), and still we get these suprizes this often. One might think if they would be going low with the "ammo" they'd be likely to save these things closer to the release date? I've drawn some conclusions of my own, and they seem to be quite positive for the future :)

(edit - regarding the suprize appearance of the "emirates" - a track that no one had any clue of..)

Sorry to dissapoint you, but it can snow on Stelvio ;)

To quote the big cheese himself even... notice the last 3 words. :dopey:

Ian Bell
We're making this into Stelvio. It's not less work, it's about the same. Stelvio pass is iconic, simmy and much shorter. Now, I think I've explained this enough guys.

PS, Stelvio might have SNOW! live with it. :)

Well yes and no. Since they licensed the Formula Gulf 1000 there was quite a chance they would make this track - and there is a good chance they will make Yas Marina too. Luckily both can also be used for a lot of other racing series. ;)

PS: Dubai @ Night... Oh my word!
