I really hope for that in the console release.
The pics are great on ps3!
Yes, they're all on the to do list. As for rally it was considered but they decided they didn't want to half ass it like a certain other game so I believe currently the plan is either to release a large, dedicated rally DLC pack or save it for a full 'Project Rally' title.
What about skinning templates on PS3.
Would be the first time and would be cool.
Wow those PS3 screenshots look really good!
I thought Pcars would look like shift 2 on PS3 but they look more on a level with GT5.
As long as they optimize most of the gameplay features, this should be one of the best racing games ever!
Just a few questions:will Pcars feature a photomode like GT5?Will it feature drag racing/drifting?And will there be livery editing like there is on the PC version?
I'm getting really excited about this game.![]()
I much prefer templates. Livery editors can't beat Photoshop. At least for me.They plan to have a visual livery editor along the lines of Forza on all platforms.

Thanks guys.
Perhaps photmode in Pcars(if there is one)might be similar to the one in need for speed shift where we can upload a photo from a replay to their website.
Will Pcars be coming out next summer or later?
It's not the extra scenarios that makes photomode interesting, it's the camera simulation with full control over the exposure. Now, that would be cool to have in pCARSPhotomode: I m not sure, I guess they ll go with a photo mode as part of the replays and/or the livery editor. Dont think they ll invest time in a photo mode a la GT5 with extra scenarios and stuff.
circa November is the current plan. It may be earlier though, obviously a year away from that date so they can't be 100% sure when it will be ready but November is the current target.
Will SMS listen to fans reguarding updates DLC etc and implement as such.
SMS started on this game just over a year ago I believe. It went public in October 2011 with barely anything to it. Most of the time taken is modelling the cars (Most are not even started yet) and tracks then coding the actual game. They're a pretty small team and dotted around the world, personally I think two to two and half years is a reasonable development time for them.
There may be more cars added but as I say there is already a large list of cars that haven't been started yet and they take a long time to make, roughly 3 months in man hours. Bear in mind they have a LOT more detail in them than GT cars do, extensive modelling underneath the body.
If you're referring to Ferrari, probably not because of the high license costs. Never say never though.
They are certainly willing to update the game and support it post-release and they are already listening to team members with regards to pretty much everything, there is no reason to think that won't continue post-release and include listening to people that weren't members pre-release.
I'm pretty sure that will still be available on PC (as that is how liveries are created now) but I think it's out of their hands for PS3, I don't believe they're allowed to interact with files outside of the game because of the security on the consoles. I could be wrong but I don't think they could do it.
Unreal Tournament 3 supports mods on PS3. Microsoft however is a lot more restrictive on the 360.I'm pretty sure that will still be available on PC (as that is how liveries are created now) but I think it's out of their hands for PS3, I don't believe they're allowed to interact with files outside of the game because of the security on the consoles. Looks good, as long as there's true leaderboards and it handles well am happy. Will there be car upgrades or is it just tuning?
