Got it yesterday morning, hard copy for my ps4. Install took 10 minutes, flawless racing after that. The AI is set to 70 right now and they are actually racing me instead of just following a line like in GT. Haven't dealt with a single bug. Perhaps all these bugs are for xbox users, some of them are being greatly exaggerated, or people have consoles full of data slowing the game down???

I am impressed and very pleased so far.

welcome to the party! I'd say the most bugs I've had have been in career mode for sure. quick race weekends seems pretty solid for the most part.

I didn't spend much time testing career mode not to get spoiled too much. Quick race/practice certainly was tested to death by WMD.

Ok I hope someone can answer this question and perhaps even give me a solution.

I started practising for an upcoming race with the formula gulf around donington gp but every time I turned my t500rs wheel going round a bend it would feel like it was jumping a gear. Now I don't know wether this is due to it being a bumpy track or a fault in my wheel. Any soloutions for ffb settings would be great

Just had my first race with the dual shock...Seemed totally fine infact i was prob better with it that the wheel

I feel like a noob using stability control but it makes the DS4 usable for me.

Car Tuning Menu -> Engine. Slider is called....Restrictor

Oh I know that, it's just that the slider is locked. Is there a way to unlock it?

Note to anyone racing online - don't get a drive through penalty.

I served one at Spa and had a slow down penalty of more than 1,000 seconds when I came out the pits, and at Catalunya it gave me a 30 second slow down penalty after serving the drive through. These bugs man.

Was that in an online race today on XBO, if so, I was there too

I qualified 4th at SPA in that race and the top 4 all got a drive through penalty (for whatever reason)
We all drove through the pits, and upon exit we all received a 600 second penalty for cutting the track?
We then spent the entire lap at 30mph trying not to cause incidents for others...

I eventually finished 5th with the fastest lap at least

In all fairness to PCars, While the XBO GFX are a judder, tear and shimmer fest, the quality of online racers is HIGH! Every race I've had online on the XBO has been fun, fair and really high quality! They have only really involved minor racing incidents here and there.

Everyone is trying really had to race clean and incident free on that platform. It's been a really refreshing experience.

Quick Question that I think might be here somewhere, but what ever happened to Indianapolis? I know it'll be included with the Indy pack but why was it taken out of release to begin with? Problems with it?

The Indy guys probably wanted the Indycar series in game first or something...probably some last minute tweaks.

So I want to change the difficulty as I chose Beginner mode at the start just until I got used to the game and now I'm winning every race by 10 seconds plus so now I want to change it to amateur, I've tried looking on the options menu for it and I cant see it anywhere, is it definitely there or is it elsewhere??

I dialed in such a good set-up for the SLS GT3 last night. It runs the Nurburgring GP course in the rain on rails.

What is everyone's favorite GT3 car? The SLS seems to have the best balance for me. It just feels great to drive.

I love using the RUF, because its a Porsche. I've been using this and this as my livery.

I really like the Z4 GT3, not a fan of the SLS but not tried the others, imagine the RUF is ass out crazy but I may try the Aston. Got bored of R8s in GT and have no interest in the Ginetta as it's not really a real car

You can't mod Project CARS.

My guess is that it just auto selected an 'aid package' for you in the games settings. Probably you'll have hit the options and turn everything off and put the handling on sim yourself now.

what is that?! I choose time trail, select silverstone, check ghost from leaderboard, set leaderboard for ghost, select car and is I get to manually control the car, the game disconnects me from psn and loads up race central?!?!?

Man the superkarts are so freaking fun to drive I got a inventational event to drive them for a race and i was having a blast. I wish they could of gave me a contract to drive them, as matter a fact im in my second season in my career and still haven't receive a contract yet to drive in a different series and i been winning majority of the kart races i been doing. i hope i can get one soon. Also i just won the kart championship as well

I finally got it!

My first impressions have been that it's tough to drive, and you really need to take your time. You can't rush it. I tried to do a quick Ginetta race, and failed miserably.
