If the player just randomly kills you, then your character won't be dead in the RP, and whichever player randomly killed you will most likely be banned or given a slap on the wrist. If, however, the shooting was part of the RP, then yes, your character will be officially dead and you'll have to make a new one. Although, the shooting would have to be realistic, and not '*rolls down window and shoots Dan* "lelel u ded" *speeds off*'.

If there was no real motive for it then I guess it wouldn't count. If you're in gang territory and not a rival gang member, then I would imagine other players would either ignore you (much like when you go through Families or Ballas territory) or approach you first before shooting straight away.

Also we could set up gangs like the godfather. Like the leaders could get together and discuss like a cease fire or a temporary treaty. And say if the commissioner gets killed 2nd in command gets power. These gangs don't have to be hostile 24/7 unless one provokes the other or have reasoning too.

If they do shoot at you just because of something that happened that's totally not related to the RP at all, they'll will most likely be banned.

Do you always have to leave a smartass remark to everything I say? I've been wanting to join this for a long time. I initially thought about joining the GTA IV club, but saw that it was closing as GTA V was on its way.

Things will be fixed in the LS4X4 club. How long that will take and what final actions will be decided, I do not know. Whatever happens there, doesn't affect this club. Also, was it even necessary for you to bring that up in the first place?

This club is pretty much 95% mature all the time. Sometimes there's a joke or twist here and there, and I don't see that as a bad thing. And besides, Zyla isn't even in the club, so he does not count towards the 'immaturity' of the club. I've had no drama in this club in the past, and I don't plan on it at all.

Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals):
Brandon was born in Los Santos, in May 21, 1990, in the Mount Zonah Medical Center. He's the only son of his parents. During his entire life, Brandon has lived in Mirror Park, in Niikola Drive, in one of the houses in the cul-de-sac.

He had a pretty normal life, went to school and high-school, hanged with his friends, made some 🤬 with them, dated a few girls, among other things. His parents gave him a car because of his great scores when he finished the last year of high-school.

The car was a Maibatsu Penumbra. Brandon still owns this car, but the car is entirely tuned. By his own hands. He bought all the parts that are in the car, such as engine upgrades, new suspensions, bumpers, spoilers, turbo, brakes and other things and went on installing himself all the parts. He still haven't bought a new transmission for it, but he's currently working on getting a new job so he can get it.

Back in high-school, even though Brandon played all kind of sports, he was a pretty good wide-receiver for the football team. He got some invites to universities, and accepted the ULSA invite. He didn't pay nothing for his mechanical enginnering course, due to him playing in the ULSA football team. He finished the course, but still hasn't found a job that relates with his university degree.

His parents moved a year ago to Vice City, to retire the way any parents deserve to. So right now Brandon lives by himself in their old house in Niikola Drive, Mirror Park.

Two months ago the minor shipping company which Brandon was working went bankrupt because of the strong competition of Post Op and Alpha Mail. So the owner of it decided to let Brandon maintain the truck he used to drive around delivering, the Bravado Youga. Brandon is looking for a work in which he can use the Youga, because as the Penumbra, he loves it and would hate to sell the van.

Fun Fact: As a kid, he usually screamed "I like chicken nuggets" at anytime possible. Like a catchphrase. He doesn't do that anymore though.
Personality (Angry, depressed, obsessive, etc): Brandon is a happy, calm, easy to deal with person. Likes to help his friends and family and due to his parents, has good manners. He's a bit timid on certain occasions. He is obsessive with his cars.

I also do not wish to use in-game gangs such as the Ballas because I know sometimes they can get in the way and they have no effect with the others when it comes to raids or whatever else.

He got killed by a GSF Member back in 95' because of drive by's on Grove street fam members,fights ect...

I'm all for that. Although, I've just come up with some alternative names for the gangs, considering the current ones I came up with sound more like football teams . How about... The Underground? LS Underground? And how could I forget about Midnight Club? Perhaps we could have The Underground and The Midnight Club? Or, LS Underground and Midnight Club LS (instead of Midnight Club: Los Angeles )? These sound more street-racing like, but if people are happy with the current names then we'll keep them. Although, I would like to include at least one of these names.

Well damn. That's a solid 11 hour difference between you and I. It'll pretty damn impossible to plan an event with that time with me or heck - Americans in general. Maybe some members from the UK can host some events for you fancy Europeans.

I guess it would be just grab whatever you can reach for. If you think your character will be good leading a gang, go right ahead and claim the role - first come first serve I suppose. If no one wants to lead the gang, we could always RP a leader.

Sure, I have no problem with changing the more "street racing" gang into a name that actually suits it. I mean, I don't think that the suit-and-tie gang should have one of these names, but the more street gang should surely have one of these.

For the street-wise gang, I'd say Midnight Club LS would be a good name. If nobody wants to take the role of leader for the Midnight Club, then I suppose I could change up my character's bio a bit so she's the leader.
