These are people I've raced with for years who play all sorts of racing games with a pad and they find it to be great with a pad. So in your opinion it's crap with a pad. Other people hold other opinions.

Yes Xbone. We race every Sunday night in a comp so should be racing tomorrow. I'll ask them to post their settings and copy them across here to see if it can help anybody out.
The general consensus seems to point towards the direction of crap. At launch it was horrendous, and the effort put forth wasn't worth it in the end, especially following a lot of the other problems that where present. When it worked, it worked great, but the problem is that instance wasn't too often. I remember I kept getting stuck at a Ruf Invitational, and I couldn't even get past the first few turns without restarting because of the very weird elastic FPS that would happen during a reasonable grid count in the rain. My digital self is still there, sitting, waiting for me to finish that race.

As it sits, the game is lost on me. I realize that a lot of the things have been fixed to a certain degree, but its just too late for me to get back into it.

Got bored and decided to check out iRacing's track list... Damn they have some good ones which is to be expected with 73 tracks. I guess they had VIR and Lime Rock for a while, as well as Barber, Oran Park, Donington, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and Phillip Island Park which I've never heard of but looks like a awesome track.

To bad with 73 tracks and only 13 free even with the 40 or so ignorable ovals it would still cost over $300 for them. Then the monthly fee. And the lack of roadcars. And the lack of offline play (?).

Yeah, if you compare to something like iRacing the price you pay for 26 tracks and 450+ cars is pretty low in Forza 6 and other console offerings, although they may not be as accurate as Iracing.

2015 Ferrari 488 GTB
2015 Chevrolet #10 Wayne Taylor Racing Corvette Daytona Prototype
1934 Alfa Romeo P3
1967 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL
1968 Opel GT
1969 Fiat Dino 2.4 Coupe
1988 Jaguar #60 Castrol Jaguar Racing XJR-9

Interesting that they went for the Daytona 24 winning XJR-9. I suppose it makes for a nice change from the Silk Cut Le Mans car.

The long awaited 488 and a healthy selection of true classics (besides to Corvette) should keep stalwart modern supercar fans and various other enthusiasts happy, at least.

I suddenly felt an urge to have the 488 GTB in Forza the other day. Jaguar XJR-9 is on my wishlist, so I can't wait to see it wearing Silk Cut livery. I've also wanted another Opel since the Kadett but I never dared to hope for the GT. It's nice to see the Corvette DP which I had a vague feeling about as we're in the week of Sebring's GT endurance. Another Fiat was arguably needed although there are four Abarths. The Mercedceds 280 SL is cool but nothing special to me. Finally, I'm sure the Alfa Romeo is worthy but it's from an era of racing I'm not particularly interested in. Impressive pack. :)

omg where's the s14

I kid. Looking forward to that Opel and the 280 strangely, and can't wait to try out the Jag. That Fiat could be fun as well. Kind of ambivalent about the rest, it has to be said, but I'm sure all of the cars here will be decent.

Oh no, many people are still up in arms.

Wait, white tirewalls? Wasn't forza incapable of this before or am I in the blind?

On the old gen games, yes.

Guys, I know at this point it's become routine for me to say that, but THIS IS THE BEST CAR PACK EVER. I was kinda hoping for a C1 car, but I wasn't expecting at all the Corvette DP (which is relevant to my livery-making interests) and the glorious Alfa P3 (which, together with the '39 8CTF, will sit in a very special corner of my garage). And the rest of the pack? Solid gold.

And finally I can say I'm glad I paid for that Season Pass, because T10 delivered constantly, at least for me. If they can keep it up, Forza may end up being the first game to have a 1,000 relevant cars list.

They really did hit the mark with every car pack. I'm very happy I bought the season pass.

Will there be more packs after this, outside the season pass?

We already know there will be an April Top Gear car pack. After that, I don't know if we should expect monthly DLC. Although I surely hope more DLC, free or not as it may be, will come (Driveclub has spoiled me when it comes to lenght of after-launch support for driving games, hah).

Oh my goodness

That is an amazing looking Car Pack... Oh wow!.

This might be the best Car Pack yet.

The variety of vehicles in this game is amazing,

But ofcourse people will bitch about the lack of a Nissan Silvia S14

I cannot wait to try these bad boys out :)
