Yup I went through the same thing with F1, F2, F3, and F4 on the Ken Gushi drift Mustang. I had to create EVERY sponsor on this car and there were a LOT. I haven't made this car since F3 or F4.
I have been tempted to do it again but I just don't know. There are an insane amount of sponsors on this car.

Yeah it's hard to bite down on a project, but once you get started, it's just one step at a time. I really like that paint job, I remember the crazy amount of work that went into it.

Because we're too busy laughing at puddles while driving the Limo!
Ah.

What class is the limo btw?

Also, it's awesome to see monthly bug fixes in Forza 6, Gran Turismo style.

Wonder if that means the Evo turbo glitch will eventually be fixed?

My slow internet is hampering update DL times, I can't wait to drift that thing with the NASCAR engine in it

Nothing but fun. I haven't swapped engines yet so I have no idea how it drives with a significant increase to rear-wheel driven horses, but you can definitely have fun with it in its stock build.

The 300zx is an absolute beast.

Yes. Sounds like one too.

E, I think. I just hopped in it and threw it around some corners.*

And what turbo glitch?

*Of course by throwing I actually mean plowing through said corners.

If I remember, the Evo X doesn't get any power increase with the race turbo option.

That sounds fun. :grumpy:

I'm also none too fond of the FM watermark being apparent before the picture is saved; way to ruin watermark-less images through the screenshot function, as I suspect that's the only reason that's been done.

It can still be done by taking two images (one right-side up and the other upside down) and overlapping but this is just one of those things.

Was that part of the update? Weak.

Heh, here's an unexpected glitch: the Limo's interior camera will not make way for the exterior in the event of a rollover. You can sit and revel in the destruction. How do I know? Er, no reason...

The car has barely been here a day and you've already rolled it to find that out? How'd you go about that?

Barely a day? It hasn't even been available for two hours! :D

Oh, easy: I'm taking the new cars to Lime Rock to test them out stock. Took it first, and after being satisfied with a time, ran the main straight in reverse. Handbrake turn into the grass at speed, and just about every car will flip, even the Gurkha.

Monthly fixes? One patch does not a pattern make. If past versions of FM are any indication we will get possibly one or two additional patches and that is it. Every Forza thus far that i have played has had some glitched cars that had to be patched out and some leaderboard cleaning done. There has been some sort of money glitch in most if not all of them as well.

T10 generally fixes some issues within the first few months of release and then move on to something else.

So I would not hold my breath on waiting for monthly patches. You can pretty much count on some kind of monthly DLC for the first 6 months or so though.

I remember that car from Gran Turismo 2, loved driving it, might have to pick up this pack.

The 300ZX is unreal. Just took it around Lime Rock and it's easily one of my favourites, already. Good luck if you use cockpit view, though!

They actually fixed the crazy leaderboard cars for once, they fixed the sounds on cars and cockpit views.

They didn't do any of this for FM5 or FH2 at least.

Some cars stick out when a mod is used like the Indy car for example. It has no upgrades that increase its power so when you see one on the leaderboard that shows more than 641hp the person driving it has used a mod to get more power and post that time. Last I looked I saw 3 of them at the top of Daytona.

Hopefully those will be wiped as well

Would be good if they could find those, and just dirty the laps. Unfortunately, looking for the hp only shows one type of mod, but I may be having a look at some of those really fast dirty times, to see whether a mod was used or whether they've just clipped a wall.

I am interested in seeing this too since I run hardcore mode and I never use a leaderboard car ever. The few events I have actually tried to put effort into, I have usually been within the top 100 in hardcore mode. A couple of them I am with the top 50 hardcore. My C Class 300SL Gulwing does fairly well. I would say at least above average.

The few events I've put an effort in I've actually managed a top 10! Oh, hang on, yes, that's because there are less than 10 people in the hardcore leaderboard. lol

Whoops. Forgot that my Gold expired at the beginning of the month. Guess I'll pick up a new card after work tomorrow.

:(

Mine expired a couple of months ago, and for some time I've just been creating a new account and subscribing to the free 1 month trial. Since it shares through all accounts on that xbox I've basically had free service for the past 3 months. Am I cheap? Very!

I tried 3 of the 8 dlc cars so far; the 300ZX IMSA, Toyota R-One, and Caparo T1. I enjoyed all 3 of them; I like the sound of the 300ZX and R-One. The Toyota R-One sound oddly enough reminds me of a sound in Gran Turismo 2 that I liked as a kid.
