Sorry that I've been slammed. I'm trying to catch up.
I have updated the second post. If you are interested in this series and your name is not there, I'm sorry. Please let me know and I'll add it.
The teams that are carrying over from the previous season are not set. If we drop to two drivers, then they may need to shed a driver. If we are moving to four drivers, then they may need to add a driver. If for any reason the driver or constructor wants to part ways with one another, they may part ways.
As it is right now, we have 10 drivers interested. I really want to kick that up. So recruit, please!

Hooray! Had some good battles with you Sunday, Soren. I expected less since you were new, but you raced very clean.
Edit to add: And that flub up on the last lap at Suzuka... I didn't go back and watch the replay, but from what I remember... You had pulled along side of me as we hit the braking zone. I intended to hold the outside of the right hander so I'd have the inside of the left, but broke just a bit too late. Since I slid into an "off-track" area, I slowed up to let you ahead even though I didn't get a shortcut penalty. I don't think you did anything wrong. Well... except going so slow that a couple other drivers passed us with 100 yards to go!

Well thanks Spooble, that was a lot of fun.
Haha oh yes, that incident. I thought I had 'dove' up your inside a little too hard and assumed I took away your intended line, forcing you off track. I figured I owed YOU the spot, which resulted in the "pass me" "no, you pass me" "no, YOU pass me" fiasco haha.
Moi benefited greatly due to our little misunderstanding, maybe we helped him reach 1st overall that night.
Oh and if you do watch the replays, please pay no attention to my honking. When I get into a panic brake situation that caught me off guard my hands go into death grip mode which usually sounds off the horn
I hope nobody else took those as a 'FU' signal.

Only rules are that it has to be FR layout (but only normal manufacturers...so no Amuse, Spoon and the like), maximum of 355bhp (at no less than 97% engine limit) and that it weighs a minimum of 1300kg from what I know....Vol can correct me though
I'm not sure how the draft thing will work though, with what cars each team picks so it's probably a good idea to have a few lined up in case someone else picks it first.

The interest is exciting. I've had some questions, so I wanted to post this and clarify some things.
Right now, we have five tuners interested and 14 drivers. One more driver, and we could do five teams of three drivers each. With five teams, I'd like to get to 20 drivers. We could then do four drivers per team, and two classes.
I know there was some discussion last season about moving Bowler's team off of orange, but I think orange was different enough on the track. It was just in the lounge list that Cheeb's orange looked very red. Besides, each team will be using a different car this season, so I don't think the colors will be that big a deal.
This leaves Red, Yellow, Blue, Purple, and grayscale.
Drivers, there isn't much for you to do before now and Monday. I will try to publish a poll this weekend so we can pick tracks for next season.
Constructors, there are a couple of things that I need for you to do.
Of course, pick a team color. I don't really know what order that should go in. Hopefully you guys can work that out nicely.
Because...
In the draft, Jahgee will get first pick. Then Bowler. The rest of the tuners will be randomly assigned an order.
Tuners, you should look over the list of drivers. By Sunday, you'll need to submit a list to me with the order that you want to pick the drivers for your team. For example,

By Tuesday, I'll need everyone to start picking the car their team will use. The order for picking cars will be the reverse order for picking drivers. Mind you, the teams from last season may keep the car they are using.
I'm going to pose this question in the poll. One of the teams from last season used the FD, and another used the Z33. Should we allow the FC or the Z34 to be used by other teams, or does the use of the FD mean that team gets the entire RX-7 and the use of the Z33 means that team gets all models of the Fairlady Z? You don't have to answer now.
