I´m on a proper menu... coffee, carrots and a very potent liquidamemyarzhsh, I seriously don't know how u do that lap so fast....
Coffee for keeping me awake, carrots is to sharpen my eyesight and the liquid to settle my nerves
Jokes aside... practice, determination, timing and a bit of luck.... it´s about chasing your own ghost lap after lap.... finding out where you are loosing and where you are gaining 💡 and then what to do about it... that´s it.
Don´t believe for a second it´s easy... it just isn´t
