only a few people can use the app. How does this make you feel?

  • It makes me feel cheated. PD should make the app available for everyone.

  • I have an iPad, it works for me, so meh. I don't care about the whiners.

  • I guess I feel sad about it, I really wanted to try it.

  • Looks like I'm getting a tablet..

  • All this time I was hyped for this feature. Now I'm unsure anout my future and Gran Turismo.

  • ??? What do you mean not all of us can use the app?

  • I'll just emu it when it works. I really don't care that much.

  • Meh!

  • If it comes to other devices, I'll be really glad. I want to use my smartphone and/or PC.

If the Course Maker is for tablets only, as it seems to be, how does this make you feel?
So far the most disappointing updated for me, i was complained that only VGT cars are added to the game and no other changes are made, but not have the abilitybe to create my own track, as it was in GT5 is already complete overkill.

All of you need to relax and treat yourself to some Bluestacks ;) just reinstalled it, although the app isn't available yet, I'm sure it'll run without problems. I agree it isn't optimal, but it's definetely not impossible without a tablet!

I don't think you can state that as a fact just yet....

Oh dear. I might stand corrected, although I hope someone with more skills than me figures something out for this one :/ Shouldn't the emulator be able to act as a certain device, which is one of the compatible ones?

The fact that it is on tablets and iPads only is ****ing retarded. What's going on PD? We, the players, have waited all this time for THIS?! :banghead:

Edit: How come the Course Maker feature wasn't in the GAME instead of on a mobile device??

I have a Sony Xperia Z with latest android and a google nexus 10.
neither one is compatible..

i think this is all a big mistake. cant imaging that the nexus 10 wouldnt be compatible..

D'oh, so when I look on my PC in the App Store it tells me it's incompatible with all my devices, when I run in BlueStacks it tells me it is not available in my country

It's running on my Windows 10 PC.
Ah, I am using andyroid on Windows 7. I'm getting "This app is not available in your country." I tried to run Bluestacks but it wouldn't install. I don't know if it has fully released for the US yet, or if it is just not compatible with the emulators, otherwise I would suggest to try andyroid. I am assuming it hasn't released yet(at least over here), as it only shows 1 download. But I haven't received any compatibility issues yet.

Time to buy a tablet on ebay :D

I was disappointed, for some reason I assumed my M8 would be able to handle it, but nahp.

Need an iPad anyway.

I think there is a chance it will work on your phone once it is possible to get the APK. Seems silly to be tablet only given phone resolutions are really high. Doesn't seem like they publicly released the app on Google Play Store so once the APK is available, will try it on my BlackBerry and hope it works.

Get at least an iPad Air or Air 2.

I've got a last gen Samsumg something that will probably work, but this is outraegeous we all paid for a game that came incomplete, and when they add a most wanted and missing feature to the game my PS3 and the game disk isn't enough to play it.
PD as seen the last of my money, never again, GT franchise ended for me.

Yeah, hopefully this can be worked around soon. And thanks for the suggestion, that definitely seems to be the way to go.

It's not available in Italy for Android at the moment. Same message on my tablet as on the emulator. I have Andy too!
On my PC it says that my devices are incompatible and on my tablet it's "not available in your country".
Typical :)

I wonder what the thought behind not including the course maker in-game. Is it a technical limitation or control scheme? If it's technical, maybe GT's next iteration on the PS4 will be able to handle an in-game editor.

It is all beside the point isn't it ? All you should need to use a feature that was supposed to be included in GT6 originally is : 1 x PS3 and 1 x GT6 game ? They do like to burn their fans and make enemies eh ?

Maybe to save time implementing it and just go all out on the next GT game instead. I think there is good chance with the touchpad on PS4 they will have it in-game and hopefully see changes visually in real-time.
So if it's touch functonality that is the issue, why the hell isn't it on powerful smartphones?
Hopefully Android version does work on phones, will be interesting to see how it will look on smaller screens. If it works fine, they should really enable all devices that can handle it. Seems like a strange decision to make it exclusive to Tablets.

Says "*This app is available exclusively for tablet devices. It does not work on smart phones."

And my HTC One M8 is on the list of incompatible devices.
