It tends to spread out there as well. Season 2 proved it can be close though in DP especially when three hungry DP drivers were bearing down on Shin. I think that was his only DP win that year. I wish he would race DP again.

No specific mentions but thumbs up to all of the GT drivers who fought hard during that race!! It was a tough one and I'm v pleased to have got my first podium too, credit to those who helped with the set up over the weekend.
P.s sorry to one of the Audi's who I shunted in back of T1, misjudged draft but wanted then to regain the places xD no hard feelings xD

If those two along with a full time Paul were to be here, the DP race would be excellent. I'm glad FH made an appearance. Paul is probably looking for more truck pictures
. I haven't heard or seen Shin in a while. He was a very clean and fast driver.

I saw the incidents on the bus stop... although I think I was thinking about it so much, I slowed loads before entering it xD maybe was far too safe....
Thanks xD, Indy was my first time playing the game, my only relevant driving was from F1 2013, and also I didn't really understand my setup, therefore that made things very difficult, plus I'm not a big fan of the Ferrari... Just didn't handle right for me xD

It's really easy to misjudge the super human draft on this game. My gear ratios weren't right. I was topping out at 200 mph. I hit the limiter multiple times.

I do think that I made the right choice today in ending the race under caution. It would've been fun to race it out, but too much can go wrong in a one lap shoot-out. It's worse than a NASCAR green white checkered!

I knew it would be a crap shoot especially because panoz and seth were on newer tires than Ant and me. The caution procedure we follow made it end under caution. I don't like ending races under caution, but it was the correct thing to do in this situation. Good call polar 👍

Can't say I'm not disappointed the race didn't get to finish after the caution but I respect the decision of the stewards and I'm happy to stick by what they decide 👍

The 1 lap fun race DP did looked like demolition derby. I think 2 or 3 of us were run off. It would've made everyone mad had we ran which isn't good.

Believe me, I would be at least 2/5s of those 200 fighting posts had we tried a 1 lap free for all there at the end and count it as the official results.

Storm and damu have a lot of competition this season. They kinda ran away with it last year. Hopefully Storm's connection problems won't mess him up too bad.

Panoz was using the green out of Corner 13 a little too much IMO. Two wheels should be inside the red curbing, not two wheels on the curbing and two wheels past the green outside of that. Anyway, that was my first race with the R390. I found out I used the wrong one. I have two R390s and both are white. One is matt white from the Aventador, and another is whitest white from the LFA. I used the matt white car, but I tuned the other car for this track. That's why I only topped out at 315kmh. Oh well. Next race will be a bit better since I'll setup both cars for it.
Another thing I don't get, if you have 2.5 laps left in the race and the caution comes out, why finish under caution? There was plenty of time to get the car bunched up and restart with a lap left. That would have set up a great finish. I'm not just saying that because I won, but I set myself up for a late caution by pitting. Another thing that irks me is guys using run off areas and grass to make passes- Anthony passing me in the grass on the straight is a good example. I stated in the beginning that cnd was lagging like crazy and nothing was done. He took me off in T1 the first lap and ruined my pace. Then dude ignores calls to exit because "he wants to race". Is that even fair to others? You black flag one guy for lagging, but not another?

I'll show up again next weekend and fill in if I need to. I thought I timed everything right when I told my wife she could go shopping. Figured I would be good for a couple hours. She couldnt find what she wanted, gave up and came home early.
I was watching Ant most of the race. Its amazing what he can do with those cars. I think he even stated how much he hated the Nissan.
GT was good all the way around also. Still my preffered class to race in. Too bad its full.
