What was your fast lap in the race? Get into the 1’55s? All those laps in the WRS TT couldn’t have hurt.

Fastest was a 56.2.
Most were in the 57's due to traffic.

Got it first try after reading this thread ( so thanks guys 😉)

I went for the Mazda in medium and 2 Pit stop strategy with some short shifting but staying in Fuel Mix 1.

First 10 laps I went all in trying to go the fastest, important to pass the Mercedes and the BMW, then Pit for New medium, and fill the tanks for 13 laps, then do the same thing on lap 20.

I was very regular the whole race running at 1:57.xxx almost every lap, with a few 1:58 at the end of both stints, and a fastest in the 1:56.xxx

Must say this is the most difficult race I experienced so far in the game.

Best lap 1:57, average times around 1:58-59,
Finished 12th with 34sec behind. Refueling to 95% because of heavy fuel consumption
This race is really a pain in the Back.

I watched Super GT on YouTube run some 1’54 laps and many 1’55 with the Subaru BRZ and crush this mission. I have to try that car.

I also used the BRZ. I managed to build up a sizeable lead before the final stop, over fuelled during my final pit stop but despite that I still managed to win by a few seconds. Really enjoyed driving the car though, she goes hard through the twisty bits of Maggiore, the AI have no chance.

Just tried this for a few laps, kept on losing time in traffic so did a super aggressive start using the AI for braking assistance, managed to get up to 3rd by lap 3.

Then divebombed by the M6 & punted into the gravel a few laps later!

Might try again tomorrow..

I really can't surpass the AMG and the M6... I lapped almost every lap with the Subaru WRX 1.58, 1.58.5 etc, not the best I know but at least I had consistency, never even spinned once and no penalties, fuel map 1, two stops (laps 11 and 22) and perfect strategy with fuel calculated to reach last lap with no excess... Still, haven't been able to overtake both cars and ended up 3rd. I can't push more than 1.57.3 on my fastest lap, so what am I supposed to do? Literally been trying the whole day, isn't there an easier way to beat this? It's not hard because it's challenging, it's hard cause the AI is rigged and dumb fast.

These are races with lots of laps!
Having the fastest car is not enough.

• Fast car
• Know the circuit well
• Save fuel
• Saves tires

- Pit strategy inferior to AI
Less traffic.
And we double them when they are at the PIT

1 stop on racing hards and you can run 1:59 to 2:00 for all but your pit lap at the end of lap 15.

As the trend is always mostly rubilar and beauvois winning it , it’s better to match their strategy which means RM-RM-RM. This way , as long as you stay in front of them or be close enough to them , you know you have a chance of winning it.
Taking the RH route is a little risky as you don’t know how much your pace is compared to those RM 2 stopper.

But for the people that simply cannot outrun them for 30 consecutive laps, this may be their better chance to win. I tried so many times to 2-stop on RM tires in the RCZ, but finally wound up winning with a 1-stop RH strategy.

I hate that PoS rubilar. Already won this race, but before that, there was one try where I was 1st in the final lap, and rubilar just rams me off course IN THE LAST CORNER. Last corner of the last lap. I almost uninstalled gt7.

I find the way the AI deals with backmarkers very disappointing. You drive on the limit the whole race just to find out you won only because they pit more than they need to or stay behind a backmarker for no good reason.

These races would be so much better if they had qualifying and the AI was consistent and not dumb. They don’t even need to be smart. Just not dumb.

Thats nonsense in this mission. The ai puts just enough fuel it needs (not 100 at all ties) and clears trafic well. This mission is bugged most likely. Some users in youtube aparently get easier with the ai on the ps5 with it lapping at 1.58/1:57 best lap. As i am on the ps4 i can asure you that the ai is set to hardest and uses most likely unbopped cars. Lapping at 1:59 avg on this one is not enough. 1:58 avg is not done by me and my controller.

The Z4 is the fastest, but the tires are in Lap 6/7 crap. (RM)

I have done gold circuit experience yet I still can't beat this, I tried first try with the BMW m6 but couldnt manage with fuel, tried with Mazda RX Vision and one stopper (due to good fuel economy) but couldn't come ahead of the AI, tried with the WRX with RM and couldn't make better time than AI. Like PD, sorry, I barely can manage a 1.57 high, if AI goes 1.56 or 1.55.8 even I will never be able to win this race lol

Done with mazda atenza at pit stop was 5th 6 seconds to 1st with 2.00 per lap Outlast 15 this mission is trash pit stop last more than AI

Doubtful. I bought probably 10 different group 3 cars trying to find the right one that would be better on this track than the RCZ that most people were recommending. None of them were better for me. I had over 1200 miles on the RCZ when I finally golded this mission.

I had not yet done the Circuit Experience (CE) when I started this mission. I found about another 1.3 seconds per lap by doing that, and golded the CE pretty quickly when my RCZ still had around ~800 miles on it.

I got lucky and had Beauvois, Rubilar, and Gallo all come in to pit on laps 9, 19, and 29, meaning I only had to beat Lopez, Kokubun, Miyazono, and a late-charging Fraga at the very end. Don't give up. Try a 2-stop RM a few times, and try a 1-stop RH a few times. You'll eventually get it.

Has anyone managed to win this yet, and if so, in what car and with what strategy?

My best so far is 2nd in the Corvette, with a RH 1 stop.

The winner was the M6 '16 with 30 laps 1:00:56, and I was 12 seconds back. I suppose that's only 0.4 seconds per lap, which is definitely achievable by simply getting better at driving it. I tried the RX-Vision GT3 Concept before the Corvette, but I'd say the Corvette was a little bit better.

Nobody on my friends list has won it yet.

I tried the same with the same result. You know how I won? 2 stop on RM tyres, fuel depletion on 1 all the time. Still very difficult to do.

My repeated attempts (and fails) at this....came with a silver lining: I was able to Gold the Lago Maggiore Circuit Experience very easily - I managed to beat the Gold time for the full lap 3 times in a row!

Yet, I can't even make it to the first pit stop in the Human Comedy race because I'm either dropping too far back, too soon (even if I'm in 3rd place) or I push too hard that I spin out/crash or get divebombed or bumped by the AI.

Rubilar is damn fast.
