Mine will do almost 60mph if I push it maybe a tad more. The one I want will do 72, and the other 2 stroke one I want will do mid 80s.This is the bike I have. Not bad having a heavy rider on it.

My old 6.5hp "dirtbike" could do 55mph if you weighed 110lbs and had the limiter removed, but you have to remember you're comparing things that have completely different purposes. A Peel P50 was made to be cheap transport, while these off road vehicles were made to be fun, hence the high top speeds.

I can't imagine the P40 being stable at 40mph. In my head I picture a gas-powered shopping cart going down the highway.
If you did that in America, you'd get ran over by an unsuspecting lifted truck before hitting 40.

The way the round headlights overlap the light strips make it look like they changed their mind when they were 3/5ths of the way through designing it.

If you ever get the chance to look at one of these straight and level on the front, don't unless you have a strong stomach. There is one parked outside of my school right now and I almost had to go to the doctor's when I seen it.
