thanx alot was afriad that there is something worng with wheel so just have to get used to it,because this is my first wheel ever on any console .But the wheel does give the game a whole new dimension .

One Q I read in the first page of this thread that there is 60% to 100% force feedback is it the same is the one in GT4 where you ut mild ,inter,and strong ?

and what effect does it do to the driving of the wheel ?

and wanted to ask does 900 dgrees work on GT3 ,and if it does does it work proparly

For maximum feedback from the game adjust the option in the menu, then save the game! this saves you having to keep going to the option menu to adjust.

The 60% 100% feedback adjustment in the wheel is seperate.

Press the combination as follows:

Shift, R3,Left shift button (behind wheel)

the left LED will Flash.

1 Flash= wheel in 60% feedback mode.
2 Flashes= wheel in 100% feedback mode.

thanx u've been great help ,I know i am asking alot but how can i turn the 900 degree mode for gt3 , I tried using the method in the first page of the thread ,and tried there feedback adjustment but it didn't work so will try you combo.

so its SHIFT+R3+LEFT SHIFT BEHINDE THE WHEEL ,just another q whats the first shift.

For 900degree mode in GT3 its SELECT + R3 + RIGHT PADDLE.

Works perfectly fine for me, you can press it anytime in game to switch.


I am really getting the hang of this wheel now, at first I wasnt sure if it was worth the money but now Im getting pro at it, its worth every penny. I love it how it gets rid of that steering assist thing that the DS2 controller has. Now if you push it into a corner too fast and you turn too hard your front wheels will just drag and understeer. Its so much more realistic.

When you start up street racing syndicate, dont use the PS2 controller to press start instead use the steering wheels' start button. This will enable the wheel.

I'm trying the wheel (DFP) with Street racing syndicate but it does not work? What am i diong wrong?

I really wanna try the game with this thing...

tried select+r3+right peddel but it doesn't work , I tried holding it ,I tried it in game and in the menu ,but dtill no luck ,cold somebody expline what you have to do exactly so I could tell if I'm doing something worng.

Strange , I dont have a clue whats wrong.

All I do is press and hold select than R3 then press right paddle (R1), it clicks into 900 degree mode and the other LED comes on.

Ok i screwed up.
I typed Shift instead of SELECT, my BAD!
It IS as follows:

Thought i Made it clear above , but any how heres how i do it.

Press and hold select, then press and hold R3, then finally press L1 (the shift paddle behind the left side of the wheel)
Voila

The light Flashes twice for 100% feedback mode once for 60%.

I'm thinking of getting a DFP if I get a job ,but can you rest the steering wheel on your lap and still feel comfortable driving it or do you need some sort of setup.

Its probably do~able but with force feedback set to 100%, it might be pretty hard. I would reconmend going to your local flea market and picking up a really cheap desk like 5 Bucks, to slamp the wheel onto. I have mine on a little eating tray table right now and sometimes it even moves the table because the vibration is so strong.

try again: http://www.angelfire.com/bug/yesterdaylight/MVI_1265.torrent re download that torrent, and it should start right up. maybe i didn't do it right... i took the file, generated a torrent from it with bit torrent, and then double clicked it so it ran in my bit torrent window. it should work okay now. try it as soon as you can. later-

i'm pretty sure that they don't. if they did... there would be a clutch button on the DS2 and the DFP. heck.. the dfp would have a clutch pedal if it was supported, after all they did make it just for gt4. later-

Very very thanx for the video. I was amazed with the 900 degree function. THe just sad part i saw was the noise of when you are turning, maybe they could correct that but thats ok .
