Read a few posts earlier, before I shoot myself. Otherwise, do you see the ape skull in the background? That's how much skin will be left on my skull.............

james6653i did look and wowi think i really need to make the final round
One would think you'd come to your own series races, but then again....

But, then again, you're not me... James, you're not me...
Because I organized and am running the ITCC, I go to those races. You could really come to these races more often. Or, you could pass your responsibilities on to someone else. If you're worried your internet's going to die (since it probably is,) then maybe you should fix that, and come, or pass on your responsibilities to a different, responsible person.
And, Seth, you were 10 seconds faster than anyone else in the full 100% rain. You made sure that you won, by being fast. Plain and simple. I had a horrendous tune on it, but I would've come second, if I had've gone to intermediates with 4 laps left, instead of softs.

I know this is a little off topic, but did you guys see Belle Island today? Action Express 1 2. Kind of like Peugeot 1 2 at Le Mans.
Seth WAS the class of the field today... Again! DP guys, watch out! At first I thought kevin was going to kick us all in his first race... Then it rained, and rained, and rained, and rained (wouldn't it be cool if there was thunder and lightning?!) and Seth just went into beast mode! I however went into drift mode... Not fast at all!
MrMelancholy15I saw a rainbow as the rain began to slow down. It was over Tertre Rouge, and another was over Hunaudières.
I thought that was pretty epic.
freshseth83I saved the replay, so tomorrow or later tonight I may take some pictures to see if I spot that rainbow. Before the race day I did some practice laps offline. I noticed that this track has really hard braking that would favor a forward brake bias on the R8. Usually I run the rear higher to help with tire wear to even it out. Today I ran it 7/4 and ran the power at 15/85. I also ran downforce at 35 out of 40.

MrMelancholy15Wow. Between the aero and the brake balance, no wonder you were faster than I was.
Yes, my TV's a little off, but, I definitely saw it. If you guys don't see it, I'll definitely put it up.
And, no Polar, it wasn't truly a double rainbow. It was a rainbow, and then a 90 degree turned rainbow.
"DDDDOOOOUUUUUBBBBLLLLLEEE RAINBBBOOOOOWWWW!!!!" Not quite. Very close though.
I loved how it was right when the sun was rising, (meaning that the Sun's rays would be much more likely to reflect in our eyes) and that the rainbow appeared between the Sun and me.
I think GT5 and PD are great with the graphics. Don't anyone else say differently. Now, though, can we please get tracks that dry off sooner/more realistically? If you watch a race, and it rains, and then stops, consider the amount of laps it stays wet for. It's like 5 laps until a dry line emerges, and like 15 until the track is FULLY dry.
F1 2010 did it....
I lived f1 2010, a little more than 2011! But the lack of each teams steering wheel in 2010 REALLY bothered me... But it was still fun!
MrMelancholy15Was? IS! I broke my Xbox wheel playing that game... "Shift up! Shift up! Snap the gear lever!"
Hence why I'm here... I thought "I can't drive a Formula 1 car without a steering wheel."
And, I still can't drive an F1 car without a steering wheel.
MrMelancholy15Grrrrrr... I have $150 in my wallot, but, my parents would kick me out if I bought a wheel. I REALLY WANT ONE.
ShinshikiIt would be really cool if the dry line formed on the racing line. Makes sense rather than the whole track drying off at the same time.
MrMelancholy15+1, man.
I think we have a general idea of what we want from GT6. The list is: better connection, more tracks, and a dry line that appears before the rest of the track is dry.
Right. So, now, we figure out where Polyphony Digital is taking its feedback from, and flood the heck out of it, but, with all of us.
What do you mean, of course they look at the Rolex sports car series on gtplanet, pshhh, why wouldn't they?!
MrMelancholy15Oh yeah! Of course they do, because it's the best possible representation of the fun, thrills and excitement that their online competition offers! And, no, it's not the ITCC, not at all.
Anyways, does anyone have any coverage of the actual Rolex race? When I'm all alone after my health-exam on Tuesday, I need SOMETHING to do.
*PLEASE NO SPOILERS FOR GT CLASS* I don't want to READ whether or not a Mazda or BMW won in GT. I don't want to READ whether an Audi lost or whether an Audi lost... (poor Audi drivers in real life, they could do so much better)
