In Kentucky, USA snow was expected to be 2-4 inches by Monday morning. It's still before midnight and weather.com says there is already over 6 inches.

Oooo,. Again, it's going to be a sunshiny day. Clear skies, not much wind but cold. It froze last night.

It feels more like a spring day than a winter day. It's incredible beautiful weather.

Me like so much.

River a couple miles from where I am has flooded.

I tried to find a image of how it should look -

The sun has returned, which means the indoor temperatures are way too high for me. Outside it's okay at 2°C.

The sun has finally come out the last couple days and its been wonderful. I think the sun only came out in January a couple times.

Well this looks just awesome. I'm supposed to go to Louisville (35 miles) tomorrow.

It's been raining like I've never seen (and a saw a seagull falling dead because it got hit with one of those icey boulders that sometime fall from the sky). Stupidly windy but still 10C outside.

It snowed last night but in true New Mexico fashion it was melted by noon. It was nice to get some moisture its been over a month. It was only 40F today when yesterday and the day before was in the high 50s F.

Here in PA, I received about 6-8 inches of snow yesterday. Unfortunately, it was the very wet and heavy type of snow so it was very difficult to shovel driveways. Tonight, we are supposed to get 2-4 inches but it will partially be sleet. This upcoming Sunday, we are supposed to get another foot of snow. Hopefully it's the light and powdery type!

Wind, clouds, a little bit of rain now and then and some sunshine. Perfect mixture. Pretty warm for a winter day.

You know its cold as 🤬 when the high is 17F. I hate being cold!

Just woke up to freezing rain. In addition to the snow that was already on the power lines and trees, the freezing rain has caused trees and power lines to go down.

So, we had freezing rain last night, enough that we also had flooding. I'm confused. Freezing flooding rain.

Fortunately, the road crews were running all night. Roads were clear this morning.

Er...anyone for the train? This has happened in Devon:

That's Dawlish, just down the road from me, not at all surprised, the wind and rain has caused surges and a fair bit of flooding. Deluge most of last night and this morning, horrible all week.

The worst we've had here has been a few sea walls washing away and the sea kind of 'appearing' in Freshwater Bay:
