It turns out T-GT is simply GT branded PS4 version based on TS-PC and isn't direct drive. I feel...

Hopefully the discount will still work soon. Or you can wait till Black Friday deals. At € 799 I would have bought the CSLE. Till now I don’t have any regrets at all using the T-GT, but overpriced at that price without any upgrades to the pedalset. But bare in mind Thrustmaster products go down in price more regularly then Fanatec.
I wish this was the case in Australia. My T500rs cost me $720 AUD, albiet a long tome ago (V1), they are now $799 on sale, down from $899. We truly get reamed down here.:ill:

...but on a good note, my wheel arrived early. Too bad I've got a very busy weekend and won't get to setting it up until about Tuesday, but no matter, IT'S HERE :D:D:D

Bad news mate:

I was Just about ordering the 599 rim. Too many T-GT’s for €600 maybe got some other retailers angry?
Hmm too bad. I wont by it at regular price thats for sure. Maybe you are right about that they sold too much at 25% discount. So I guess I'll wait until black friday and see if there is a discount or perhaps go for the Fanatec CSLE earlier.

Will be great to hear your comparison with T500!

I think i know why
Many People bought the T-GT at 600€ Just to sell it at 700€
Its not fair and its pathetic
I buy mine and im more than happy with it
Yep Its screwing over the people who really wanted to get the wheel for themselves. Im happy I was able to order with the discount!

Received the CPX adapter yesterday and went ahead and bought the 599 rim (was discounted at a webshop here in the netherlands and I had a ton of gift cards from there so got it pretty cheap).

The CPX adapter is fantastic. I plugged it in and my CSP v3’s worked immediately. Never raced with loadcell pedal before and boy does it make a difference. It’s so easy to be consistant now, you don’t have to think when you’re braking it’s so natural. Love that you are able to adjust the sensitivity on the fly.

The 599 rim is great as well with the T-GT. I might be fooling myself but I feel the transducer more now.

Overall I’m extremely happy with the setup now. The gearing is indeed less pronounced now after using it quite a bit and I don’t think I want to drive without a transducer now. I just love how lively the wheel feels at all times.

I had a bit of spare time today so I've managed a rough install (wiring still needs to be hidden). Hopefully I'll get a chance to test it tomorrow or Tuesday as I'm still pretty flat out (my new car arrives tomorrow, it's like Christmas for me ATM :D). I'll definitely let you know my thoughts on the major differences.

Nice, I would probably stick with the Pro pedals and keep the new ones as a backup!

I thought about that but with the troubles others have had with their pedals I thought it would be best to give them a go. Notice the pro's haven't moved to far away.;)

Yeah i noticed :P .. when i bought the T-GT, i also bought the pro pedals and the shifter at the same time. Before the discount code too, but hey hoo.. I'm happy enough :D

Do anyone know if the T-GT/TS-PC suffers from the same reliability problems that the T300 suffered?
My 2nd T300 died again, and I really don't know if I should insist on it, pull the trigger for a T-GT/TS-PC, upgrade to a Fanatec or just get a T500...

Does anyone know the best load cell brake mod that will bolt up to the t3pgt pedals? I saw a Ricmotech for 170.00 but that was from a few yrs ago. Also they were selling it for the pro pedals so Im wondering if the tgt pedals guts are the same and it will fit the tgt pedals also.

There might be a Load Cell made by Thrustmaster coming at some point as some have pointed out!

These wheels are quite new, so reliability is an unknown. I have the T-GT and from what i can tell its a Solid Wheel Base.

Thanks I have seen those posts but hopeful doesnt cut it. Seems like some have been hopeful about the tm load cell mod for a while now. I need a load cell now and I dont want to spend another 300-400.00 for a second set of pedals. The quality of these seems good enough to modify and end up with a satisfactory setup.

CSL elite LC are about € 230 But you’ll need an adapter. Which has been sold out a while now. (CPX adapter)

Thanks but Im looking for something available now and would like to avoid buying another set of pedals which, with adapter ends up between 3-400 usd. How much is that cpx anyway? i have seen many posts about it.

From what I understand its built with the same parts and reviews suggest its the same feeling except for placebo perhaps and that is nice too :)

The pedals that came with my t-gt now have more metal than prev t3pa pedals. They are just not invert-able.

Yes. Thanks. But the website says they are out of stock. I sent them an email asking about availability. Really wishing now I had done more research and bought the ps4 fanatec wheel just to get this brake!
The more people contact thrustmaster about a loadcell mod, the more likely they will finally release a loadcell mod!
