Very cool jay*doc thank you! Apologies to BionicDerp in the first race. I did not mean to slide into you going into the banking.You were clearly faster there and deserve the spot. I normally consider myself a clean driver. I got caught up in the moment. This was my first race back with the Turtles in about 4 months and I am still knocking the rust off. Again sorry for the incident BD and all Turtles. I'm not opposed to a penalty spot or whatever necessary. Thanks for another good race and congrats to DolphDrago. You are a beast!

It was fun watching too. Dolph put on a clinic in car control. Still hard to believe Choate ever lapped you there dolph.

I think I could have beat you guys at Daytona if I hadn't got carried away when I caught up to you guys. Oh well there's always next week.

Choate is crazy fast. There's a reason he was a GT Academy driver.

I think you still had us all beat easily at La Sarthe, even if we didn't get those penalties. I was pushing Scarecrow down the straights and we still weren't gaining any ground on you (read:extremely slow cars). And if you couldn't tell (I was the one cracking up on the mic), I enjoyed the Daytona race quite a bit. You came flying in there, and the next thing I know, you were 10 feet in the air by the wall. :lol:
 
I'm just going to assume the league is dead because of people going to school... If there is a race Sat, I'm running 1:35's... I'll try to improve, but if no one's gonna be there, let me know.

Maybe it's just a quiet week. I'm planning to be there. If there is a small turnout, we could still do some shuffle racing possibly.

Only johnsom and I showed up for practice today, and that was a half hour after the usual time. xD

We did some practice laps and then had a little 7 lap race, and somehow I pulled a 1:35.058 out of my butt on the second lap. Somehow.



I like how I get invited to the league by Psycho in late June, and by late August there's barely anyone on the thread... I never should have come. xD
 
Usually there are more people show up on race nights.

Thanks to bionicderp i gained few kms on my car before i change oil. I was running mid 1.36's with a new car. I hope to gain 1-2 secs more.

LMAO :lol:Same thing happened to me Derp Got invited by a guy I never met who apparently was the breadwinner of the bunch TRL was Psych's baby and I'm sure he had serious reasons for leaving it. However I haven't jumped behind the wheel and expect everything to happen nor uttered disparaging remarks all too soon. Nothing worth doing in life is easy I just think of all the 3rd world bastids huddled in there shantys wishing they cud play GT5 and it makes me grin. Plus you get to pal around with real cool racers excluding myself of course I ran a 1:38.4... that's usually as close as I ever get to the last guy but I'm shaving lil bits at a time I was 5 secs off last months worst times so in my mind I've gained 2 secs:dopey: Don't know if I'll be at social 2nite but I decided to run Enduro this week can't get enuff of that Div1 dust on my car LOOKS COOL!

It'll be alright Bionic, the league's not dead. I'm sorry I missed last night. I didn't get off work till 8pm and then a hour and 15 min drive home. Made for a long day.
I need to get some practice in with you, maybe you could show me where I'm going wrong. My best lap 1.37.
I tested and picked this combo. Apparently I didn't pick it because I was fast there.
Always thinking about other people. It a curse!! Ha Ha
Dont lose hope Bionic. We need everybody to keep things lively.

No the league isn't dead. We're still running the enduro and the new high speed touring series jay*doc started. You should check it out. We're having another meet and greet in turtle town tonight at 8pm est. bring any 450pp car with ya.
