Just spent some time at Albi with the Lotus, great track for that car, IMHO, good times ahead.
Unfortunately I was on my own on the server, so only hot lapping.
This Lotus is amazing, thank you @Johnnypenso for the tune, I used the one for Solitude, very nice.

Good evening all,

for those who are interested , here´s a video from me where you can see (hear) nearly all available and usefully apps.
Don´t mind the AI

and for the nascar fans here , russian dashcam´s with an original spotter :D:D:D

Nice thanks, what track is that and where did you get it:confused:

That is quite the racing rig you have there! 👍 I have a DFGT wheel too and am perfectly happy with it along with my trusty old ECCI pedals. I didn't see the blue flags in my one quick spotter test with the AI -- can't wait to play with it more later. I found the iRacing style delta app too, so now I'm feeling right at home. Thanks again man!

The nascar guy spotting for the Russians is hilarious -- 'hold your line':lol::lol:

That's not a DFGT. :sly:

@Johnnypenso I believe that's Castle Hill (short version).

Did you activate it in the settings menu?

I would if it was there, that is my issue.

It does not show here. No feritos.

For some reason, the 'ferito...' folder you need to install is buried here in the original download: 'ferito-LiveCarTracker' / apps / python / 'ferito-LiveCarTracker'

That last one is what needs to go in your python folder. Hope this helps.

@GMC503
Brandon's right :sly:
It's a T300 with the T500's GT rim ( size matters :D )with csp v2's , Th8a , Csh and some other goodies.

Track as mentioned is Castle hill (short)
available here:

Sorry for thinking your wheel was a DFGT. I just saw the 'GT' in the middle and a button pattern that looked like it matched my wheel. So for my next act -- I'm going to guess that's a Derek Speares button box 💡

Hey there CC -- We racing on Sunday?

Albi is a simple layout but pretty wide for a vintage track. It should be very good for racing.

I'm running 3x 24" BenQ fullHD monitors , I already had one, so I only had to buy 2 additional screens.
I'm sitting really close to them, that's why the size is ok for me.

Everything I've read on FOV says you should be sitting very close to your monitors. I. too, have 3 24" monitors and my face is less than 24" from the center one. Bigger monitors would be too much. This works for TV too -- I was thinking of buying a 72" TV but my wife and I just moved closer to our 46" and now the thing's giant! :D

If anyone is interested in some racing at Albi this weekend, I'll be around from 7pm to midnight GMT (11am to 4pm on the west coast US where I am).

I think this thread needs a re-organization. It's hard to find the information you're looking for, especially for new people. Appropriate links need to be in the OP for easy access.

Yeah, I'm guessing there are quite a few people who would like to race these old cars. If we had a bit better communication we could set up times to turn people out for racing.

I went to Albi this afternoon but no one was there, so I went to Montreal and raced the AI with the BMW 1M. That track is beautiful, scratch made, as good as Kunos original stuff.
Thank you @KingKlingeling for the feedback, I too sit with my eyes at 24 inch from the center of my Single 32 inch screen, my paddles are barely clearing the bottom of the screen with my Elite when I take a hairpin, :sly:, If it was not for the upcoming Commercial version of the Oculus rift being released ( allegedly) this year, I would go with triples. 24 or 27 would be nice. What application are you running in the Android attached to your wheel? Is it easy to set up? I have a Galaxy S not doing anything anymore, this would be a nice use for it.

The app on the wheel is called :
SinSpeed, but it's an Iphone (IOS)
Left to my wheel is an Android tablet with : HUDdash installed,
a great, fully customizable app.
Both apps are not for free , but I can fully recommend both, no input lag, easy to install.
Only the android app need some time to configure your screen with the gauges you want (time, delta, temperatures, pressures, etc)

Just reset the server for a 30 lap race at Albi. 15 minute qualifying starts at 2:30pm EST, followed by a 30 lap race.
I am out of town so won't be there. Any thoughts on what to run this coming week?

Longford '67 and Nordschleife are about the only other historic tracks I know of but I'm not so sure about how they would be to race on. Aside from those, I always love racing at Spa and Imola. Fuji is another good one.

Apparently the reset failed. I've just been on, Willfred is on ATM, it is set for 10 laps still.
