2013 12 Hours of Sebring ALMS

Gap now down below 10 seconds! :D

That said, I kind of wish they would go back to the P2/P3 battle in GT. It's been a second or less for the last 10 minutes and they haven't showed it.

Contact with Ed Brown. Klaus is doing abit too much muscling around, he'll no doubt draw another penalty.

Yup! They're back in the penalty box. :banghead::dunce: Good Grief. A bit unfair though. I need to see a replay but it really seemed like Ed Brown's fault.

Downside of multi class, only fastest class shows up on TV.

Viper is a few laps away from class lead.

Dodge vs Chevy again, after so long.

Oh gosh, the 4 is about to be penalized for contact. Just know it.

I like that they're being consistent with penalties, but it's a bit crazy that the driver that ends up making contact due to getting chopped is getting penalized as well.

Last two contacts shouldn't have been penalties.

Especially in multi-class racing, the driver being passed has a responsibility as well to give the passing car some room. You can't just ignore another car that has it's nose inside you. The penalties are being handed out consistently but I'm not necessarily in agreement either.

EDIT: Oh boy--looks like a long caution period coming up.

That video/radar on the Vette is really cool, I want one for my car...with built in GPS and radar detector 👍

To be fair, after seeing the replay I can't see how you can say the Vette had the inside line going into the turn

Full course caution.

The #4 has Stop+60 for contact. That I don't agree with.

This caution is going to be lengthy. The wall's been impacted hard.

Yep, that was a big hit into the wall. I reckon this will last for nearly an hour while they fix the tyre barrier and the wall. Glad the driver's alright.

Sorry, I have to disagree, looks like the Vette divebombed the corner to me, his nose couldn't have been more that 18-24 inches inside the Ferrari. Can't really call that having the inside line as far as I can see.

But his nose was there before they started turning, I think that's why..

I agree, but most every racing series does not. I have seen guys get a penalty when they were up the the other cars door! The guy in front controls the line, so it is up to the passing car to pass clean...or so the logic seems to go.

Looked to me to be bit of an iffy call but I think I mostly agree with it. I just started watching so it sounds like this isn't the first iffy call today. I can't believe how fast they are getting everything back together good job on their part for sure

Me too, bad call on my part thinking it would take an hour. I was basing my judgement from previous years where something little would take forever to be sorted and back to green again. This year they're really on the job. 👍

Now that I think of it, how's the racing Jav? What corner are you at? :D

Don't agree with penalizing the 4, he was clearly alongside him and he didn't barge past. Richard even said the Ferrari waved him by. The Ferrari actually chopped the Vette off in my opinion. I wouldn't have penalized, same with Muscle Milk's second "incident"..

I can't believe speed is leaving for f'ing motox, for three hours! So what, we get the last 15 minutes of the race? Guess I should go make dinner and look for a stream.

They have a feed on speed2 but my isp decided to have an off day today and it will not bring me to the website that is required to log in.
