2015 Grand Prix de Monaco - All Results in OP

In all seriousness, Vettel did a grand job of keeping Hamilton at bay. He positioned the car superbly so Hamilton didn't even have a sniff at a pass.

I didn't had a chance to watch the race, what exactly happened ? Could someone give brief summary what happened to rosberg, hamilton, vettel and verstappen ?

The BBC points out that four drivers have now taken a back-to-back hat-trick at Monaco.

I don't think he'll say anything like that, but he has every reason to be frustrated. The lead that he had was absolutely absurd..

I agree and never said otherwise, but with Lewis you just never know and that's not a respectable quality.

That strategy was 🤬 sky high. If he manages to not talk out of the side of his face he will have matured exceptionally.

Am I the only one who finds it Cringeworthy that Rosberg feels such a sense of achievement by winning a race that was 100% gifted.

To be happy you won fair enough, but he looks like he won an epic race long battle lol.

Nope. One of the reasons I don't care for him.

And what would you like him to do, act as such? A victory is a victory. If Hamilton was handed the victory in a similar fashion (and he has) you can bet he'd be grinning from ear-to-ear.

Was maybe a bit much, but he's been given a great handout for the championship, I'd be happy too.

Fair play to Hamilton. He demonstrated control and restraint in that interview that we wouldn't have seen from him a few years ago.

Nice one, Brundle. Asking the real questions.

Mercedes have given Lewis a totally dominant car, a $150,000,000 deal... he's got nothing really to get upset up over. It's ONE race, he still finished on the podium, people are acting like it's cost him the championship.

The SKY coverage is sickening.... makes me embarrassed to be an Englishman.

Nope. I thought the celebration was a bit over the top given that he didnt even look close all afternoon.

They just showed a replay of Hamilton's stop - they had to hold his release for another car to go past. Given how close he was at the line to Vettel, that delay was probably what did it.

I thought Rosberg was quite muted in his celebration and honest in his remarks. I mean what is he supposed to do? Hug it out with Hamilton and join him in his pity party? It's not the first time in F1 history that someone has benefited from another person's misfortune.

He was taking a credible second, no easy feat. I think he's actually shown enough humility in the win and I think Hamilton's shown maturer restraint than many expected.

Motorsport Is A Bitch, it says so on the passes (or thereabouts).

He already trained for faking this after last year qualifications.

Rosberg admitted a number of times it was luck and said Lewis was better than him today!? What more do you want him to do?

A victory is a victory. The next week no one cares anymore if you battled for it the whole race or if you got it gifted.
Rosberg could score more points as Lewis, so of course he's really happy since it brings him closer in the championship.
Every driver would react the same way as he did.
