Absolutely knocked it out of the park on both of them. I love when sponsors are so behind the idea that they’re happy to change their logo for the event. I was wondering how the ZB body shape would look with the more simple retro designs, but it doesn’t look too bad here.

Really cool with name banners and numbers on the doors. Teams should bring that back. Brings the focus back to the car.

Seriously, just fantastic, both of them. Easily my favourite retro liveries so far. Hope they keep them for the rest of the season.

Yes, I've seen that car race many times and it was far more orange than red. They probably copied this picture.

Yes, I've seen that car race many times and it was far more orange than red. They probably copied this picture.

Jane’s entire fleet of cars from the 71/72 title-winning Camaro to the ‘85 Bathurst runner up BMW were that ‘corporate’ orange. Even the A9X the GRM #33 is saluting.

There was a brief flirtation with another colour scheme but most people missed the ‘Jane Orange’ one of which was then Team Manager, Pat Purcell.
He had a bet with Bob which Bob lost & when he came back from a holiday/trip, his car was the familiar orange again.

Not sure that you can classify 2008 as "retro" but anytime WAU rock the dayglo red, I am down for it.

So many good liveries this year, across all the teams.

Yeah, not my favourite Castrol livery ever but it works very well on the Altima. Liking it too.

You can’t go wrong with a Castrol livery.

Yeah, just watched it. So Skaife said he'd be wearing his race suit from 2002. That would be this one from his Bathurst win I suppose.

And a bit off topic but the new Foxtel app kicks ass. A lot clearer picture and less stuttering 👍
