I know I give you a few bumps in Race 2, but come on DK there was no need for that, you was doing all you could to hit me even at the start....I had to force my way through in race 2 coz every time I was draft overtaken you you would shut the door everytime đź‘Ž screw this :(

Driftking is that (DK)? My old Toca nemesis:nervous:

Keep it to PMs please.

Yeah, my little brother was using Netflix. That must have caused my lag. :ouch:

I probably won't be racing next week, I'll be in Britain. Although I'll bring my PS3 with me, right now my VW is an absolute dog. It's sapped any enthusiasm I had for BTCC. Sorry rolo. :(

Funny enough i had that problem 2-3wks ago so i split them and give it a clean and to this day still works fine đź‘Ť only took 20 mins :)
Maybe but it's not worth invalidating the warranty when it still has 17 months left. The chances of it breaking more seriously further down the line are fairly high as it does get a hell of a lot of use.

Really fun racing you guys tonight. Had some nice close stuff but always clean from what i saw. Just wished for a few more cars. Starting from the back row (reverse grid) isn't really the challenge it should be with only an 8 car grid.

If its a Logitech wheel from the problem you have mentioned im thinking DFGT i'd check Logitech's situation regarding wheel after sales if I were you.:nervous:

One comment about tonight - please don't use chat in-race unless you really have to. Had a couple of occasions tonight, and consider that a verbal warning both times. Next time it will be a 2 penalty point warning for it.

G27. It's only 7 months into a 2 yr warranty so I don't think they can really argue about it. Can go through PC World first anyway as that's where I got it. They can sort it out with Logitech. I don't foresee a problem.

Did Hurley say why he wasn't racing tonight?

Hey guys. I was away for a couple days. Planned to get home in time to race but had bad storms and was delayed. Sorry

Was speaking to a guy today who has shown some interest in maybe joining this. We could do with a couple more cars.

After hearing reports that the latest patch is killing Save Files - I'm not going to be around until it's confirmed that the issues is fixed...

Sorry, guys!

Sorry, guys!

What if you backup your files and then update? if it does happen then you and you loose your data then you can upload your backups

I don't understand what is going on with updates, the previous update bricked some systems, then there was a abort and then a fix and now its happening again on the new update with save files :indiff:

That would be me!

This looks like a good championship for me, especially as I'm a BTCC fan (went to Croft this year).

My only reservation is that I'm a DS3 user and therefore I'm worried that I won't be anywhere in the running. It would be nice to know whether there are any other DS3 racers in the championship and also a rough idea of what lap times people are doing around Rome.

I've got a Skyline Sedan 350GT Type SP '06 built to spec and I'll do some laps around Rome soon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and maybe I'll see you on track soon.

Rolo runs DS3 and gets good results; so you wouldn't be the only one đź‘Ť

I think anything in the 1:16's is a good lap time for Rome or low 1:17's

You're more than welcome to enter :) Finally, a Nissan! Been waiting to see if anyone would have a crack with it.

I do indeed use DS3, and auto gearing, and a lot of the time a stock setup (but not currently). Having a bit of a nightmare season in the Honda but I've still got two wins under my belt this season.

I was doing anything from 1:16.7 to 1:17.3 in general at Rome, so anything from mid-17s upwards is definitely a competitive time. Most drivers were around that speed. đź‘Ť

That Nissan is undriveable with a wheel. Worst steering car in the whole game IMO. Probably ok with a DS3 though.

Hey D1e. Glad you found us.

Hey D1e. Glad you found us.

The steering is incredibly heavy. There's no play in it. Down the straights you can't make minute adjustments to keep it straight, you have to really jolt the analog stick to get it to shift.

Even so, once you get used to it you can pull the speed out of it.

Hmm, I've pushed the car hard on Rome and my best was a 1:17.202.

The lack of a 6th gear is an issue and as has been said above, the handling is on the heavy side due to the size of the car. Perhaps I should try something else.
