Thank you. I turned that into my desktop pic on my PC. You'd be surprised at the quality of picture you can get on a standard car. Full Res on my 42" LCD ain't too bad either. I love this picture.

Updated the OP Splashscreen thanks to Symp_4000, photobucket, dropbox, GTP message service, MS paint, Ctrl-c, Ctrl-p, google and coffee....
Everything should click and link as advertised, hopefully.

Now I'm struggling at Suzuka, 3 all seconds off last seasons pace:ouch:

I'm just a :dunce:

Could someone be kind and explain the tyre rule you guys are using? I run a championship that is about to kick off, and I'm kind of trying to adda tyre regulation to it to soice things up a bit. Problem is that I've not found a solid system for it. Would be great if someone could explain it in detail for me. Tanks! 👍

Goruk: Are those times from Suzuka?

You can read about the tyre regulation here. You can not enforce it but we do it with a gentlemen agreement. But you can check the tyre compound of each car in the replay.

A question, 502bhp equal 510hp? maybe put this in rules & regs. Thanks!

Yes indeed. I thought it was already in there since we discussed it when making the rules. But I can't find it either. JT do you read this?

EFJ
I just question this because i ran 502hp in last race and goruk now said he's car has 510hp

I ran 510 because I have privileges.....:D just kidding

The answer to your question is in the fallowing post by JT

For everyone who hasnt read the group forum, 510cv is equal to 503bhp, as we worked out. So the races will be setup with a max power of 502bhp/510cv. Everyone can set there car power limit to the highest it will go and still let you race (which is normally 503bhp).

If your game measures power in HP you use 510HP, if it's in BHP you use 502BHP...;)

Updated that Max Power rule (1.2) and changed rules 1.3.1 (Max PP not enforceable) and 1.11 (Ad-hoc drivers can use different cars)

The second race of DTM season 2 will take place tomorrow. If you can't make it please let me know so we can find someone else to fill in your spot for this race. There's still one spot available in the TT-R team for the whole season!

DriverListRace2.jpg

Procedure to enter the track for qualifying and race
Regarding the new rules of DTM2 we will have some cars with weight penalties. To check their weight, when qualification starts they will be called on the track one by one in the following order:
1) PipiR6 1140 kg
2) Goruk77 1130 kg
3) DEATHBYROTOR 1110 kg
The minimum weight will be lowered for each car until 1100 kg is reached. Then all other cars can enter the track.
Finally the Performance Points will be set to 607 PP.
Please stay in the pits during this procedure until 'QUALIFICATION STARTED' appears in the chat window!

Since we have a pace car/steward for this race the qualification will be determined by the steward, using the Watch Race mode. He will watch the times and when qualification is ended call the grid positions. When the message 'QUALIFICATION ENDED' appears everybody must drive to the pit and wait for his position being told. Nobody can leave the track and must wait for the race to start!

Pit windows for compound change
The pit windows are from lap 7-12 and lap 19-24 and are inclusive of formation lap so you can follow the lap counter at the top left of the screen. You can only enter the pit lane when the pit window is open. So, for example, when you are at the end of lap 7 you can choose to pit. Last chance to pit in that window will be at the end of lap 12.

More details about this in the Rules & Regulations

^ Nice 👍
Hope you get a full grid.

Just noticed on the race 2 advert.
Q. 21:30 GMT and S.22:00 GMT should be BST as BST is GMT+1.

damn... will fix that... here we go again .. lol
(I'm getting very good at copy/pasting and ms paint though!)

I like the way you have done the drivers list. I like the Scotland flags too. I'll have one on my return.

Thanx! I like it too so now I'm thinking of re-designing the results pages... (it never ends...)

Migma did, Jmalucas didn't. But I understand from you guys that he will be there (?)

I'm not shure, but I'll try to confirm tonight...

Lol. I dont know...give a guy an inch and he takes a mile....lol
Be carefull though symp, it can get a bit addictive. All you think about is "how can i improve this, how can i improve that" and less time actually playing GT5...

This is my last post until atleast the 12th of June. Have a great race tomorrow and race 3 and i'll see you guys at the Special Stage.

Special Stage - I vote for doing 5 mini races at either track creator tracks or GT Original tracks. Something else to think about...lol

L8r.

Since we not using Grand valley East this season, and it's a fun fast track everyone can practice, I like to suggest 8 to 10 laps, reverse grid after 1st race, with damage on low...

Hey guys, i've read the rules and i can take the spot available for tomorrow's race. Not sure though if I can make the entire session. Hope it's ok.

Car: BMW M3
PSN: tatoune123

EDIT: I've added my name to the reserve list

That's exactly what's happening! So I'm done... for now. But the things are pretty automated now so it will become much easier to update the following races. Still copy/pasting in ms paint though.

Great, seems like we're going for a full grid! I'll add you to the list.
