It's not circlejerking, it's my opinion. You do know that in the real world people will have different opinions than you right? I paid for the game and I'm on a public forum so I'll debate whatever I want, if it makes you upset there's an ignore button.
I have my opinion as well, and I am not part of the snowflake Karen generation, that is making this whole so-called gamer community so toxic, I am sorry.

OK, I'm angry to have to wait for the fix and I do have my complaints about the game but damn, I forgot how toxic community is here.
Trust me I had long day of work and was ready to test some cars out! I just wanted to drive man.. I love the driving! I have a couple hours to myself and I was looking forward to playing. Yea I’m upset, but not like what you see going on 😂 I really enjoy GT7, but there’s a point where I draw the line because In the end of the day it’s just a game.. and again I am not pleased at what’s going on but to act like it’s the end of the world Nahh.

Fix this game and we will accept your apology Kaz 👍 and don't do it again :P
Just saying, domestic violence needs a divorce and a restriction order if possible, it doesn't need hope, there is no hope. We had a good run with the previous titles, it is what it is now.

Kaz could also consider stepping down as executive producer. He comes across more and more disconnected with the games he created between 1997 and 2010.
This may be one of the most absurd things ive heard someone say about Kaz in a while, say whatever you want about him but the man legit puts an inmense amount of effort, if not all of it, into these games no matter the end result

Exactly. People these days want everything in the shortest amount of time, while forgetting about what games like GT are about – having fun for YEARS.
There are far too many options now for media content; movies, tv, Youtube, books, games every single week. Sticking to one grindy racing game for years is a thing of the past.

No problem, buddy, it is popular nowadays just anonymously sh*ing on games and cirklej*ing about nonsense. I hope that it keeps you interested for a while.
I feel like you're missing the mark by a couple thousand miles. People are upset because they genuinely like the game and want it to succeed, it isn't just purely talking smack to be edgy, these are valid criticisms that would improve the game tenfold.

Besides nobody is saying the game should give everything to you on a silver platter, a little grinding is fine, progression is good - it's just that now things are rather excessive.

Well, the end result is kind of the problem.

I can't understand a game that is focused on collecting cars, making it harder and harder to make money to collect them.
Agreed: last game it was the vintage race cars that were out of reach - if this time all of the exotics are just as unobtainable as in real life then I’m done with this series until Kaz retires. So far their work is cut out to make this game worth having bought.

Then do it!
That's exactly what I was trying to do before the developers screwed me over by removing the ONLY option I had of doing it in a reasonable amount of time. Just so they can force me to spend MORE money on a game I already paid for. Do you not get the point or are you being difficult for the sake of it? Maybe you'd like to remote play my game for the next few weeks to grind that stupid legendary trophy for me?

I don't understand why folk equate people expressing their frustrations and criticisms as "toxic" I can understand when people are nitpicking the game, but a lot of the criticisms here are justified and valid right now.

Thank God, you can't stop me from playing this masterpiece.

You sound like an apologist right now.

Then call me an oldschool gamer. Gosh, I hate myself that I love this game so much. I must be a lunatic, right?
For advocating spending days and weeks to buy just the one car, yes. 30 hours of grinding just to buy a 20mn credit car and if we're not all retired or schoolkids, well maybe that legendary car will come back around again eventually because you don't have anywhere near enough time to grind 7.5 hours a day for four days straight. Please tell me what mental gymnastics you performed to excuse the nerfed payouts.

Well, crying histerically about decreasing the grind methods by 40 percent is nothing, but a toxic behavior in my eyes, I am sorry.

I already regretted paying 99€ for this game. Unfortunately I bought the digital version instead of physical as I have always done, otherwise I’d be selling this right now. Reviews should have covered the game economy but even if they had done that, this patch would still exist, so it’s now clear PD doesn’t care about their player base and does not respect our time. It was already evident from GTSport but GT7 takes it to a whole new level. This is the last one for me.

I’m playing Elden Ring at the moment and after 80h I still feel the same joy and fun as I felt when I started. No grind, no MTX, no patches (pun intended) to nerf runes output, no lottery tickets that feel like gamble where you always get the worst or useless prizes. Just pure fun and a game made by a developer that cares about fun and that’s it. PD have grown too much for their own sake and don’t care to make fun games anymore.

Nobody is forcing you to buy that car.

I think it is obvious he is just a troll
