Tom, I like the MPH for the listing, but can we see the 4-lap total time as well? I want to know what I'm shooting for before I make a run.

Oh god I'm stuffed with this qualifying procedure.

Nonetheless, for some reason my car can only turn in properly with full aero. I get the same time with min aero as I do with full aero.

Tonight, in Turn 2, I would just slide into the wall without lifting.

Any tips? :sly:

Joe, Tom and myself led most of the race

Yeah, it was good fun up there; would have been even better with fewer cautions.

1st - Matty ~ 216.293mph (Att. 1) 2 minutes, 46.441 seconds
2nd - Nater_Racing21 ~ 214.594mph (Att. 1) 2 minutes, 47.759 seconds

EDIT: Sure thing Drop, edited in.

That seems to be it for qualifying efforts tonight. Matty's gone off now, and I've left my lounge. I'll leave the PS3 online on GT5 for a bit longer in case anyone messages me wanting to run.

remember that the FGT has full ground effects so play with the ride height, makes a bigger impact than wing downforce on this track 👍

Raising the ride height to +10 at both ends should help. If you still have issues maybe increase the dampers and anti-roll bars. Higher numbers in the LSD could also help.

After the race, I lowered it to -10/-10 and had absolutely no grip at all. Just fyi.

PM me.

What type of times are people setting using the Freedom 100 specs. My fastest's is 43.6XX, but I assume there's already people in the 42s.

I may open a room soon if there's interest for it.

I won't be there, I'm doing my first run tonight.

Yeah sound, just saying if someone wants to do it now I'll go on for it 👍

41.398, fastest lap I seen even though I did a 2:46.2XX in practice beforehand..

Actually, screw it. I'll do my 1st run now Matty if that's okay with you, better to get it out of the way so I can concentrate on other people tonight.

I'll be there in 5-10 minutes, only a flying visit 👍

Okay I'll be on now 👍

Cool, I'm in my lounge 👍

EDIT: Did my first run under Matty's supervision and it was a 2:45.866. Definitely more time to be had out of that, my first couple of laps were average, pulled up by a flyer on the last lap. Think he's supervising Frasier right now so I thought I'd stick this up for him.

We are, by our own individual seconds.. :dopey:

I'll probably do my first run sometime tomorrow. I want to try something with the setup that I haven't done on an FGT yet.

my laps were: 46.418, 40.573, 40.582, 40.589

so I lost all my time in accelerating up to speed shifted into 7th too soon, I will do another run tomorrow I think

EDIT: I averaged 214 but never went below 215 after getting up to speed, that first lap killed me
